Excellent location. Helpful, efficient and polite staff. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Rooms and breakfast area were rather small and cramped. All a bit dark and dingy |

The hotel personnel could not do enough for us as guests. Always pleasant and more then helpful for directions to special sites around Rome. The hotel went above and beyond, especially preparing a box breakfast for us as we had an extremely early checkout. The breakfast prepared at the hotel was out of this world yummy, the rooms were especially cozy and beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms were top-notch! We would absolutely stay at this hotel again. We liked everything about this hotel. This is a 5 star property! |

The room was comfortable, relaxing and cozy feeling and very quiet. It's not overly fussy or plain/cold. Nice large bathroom! It's within walking distance (`20 min) of most of the major tourist attractions. Its also convenient as it is close to the main station to the airport. |

Room size location to termini and main tourist spots staff could speak good English and were good in giving directions continental breakfast selection artwork was original Internet not stable. We could only connect to the wifi from the hallways on the lower floors. Wifi code was only valid for two nights maximum. We had to renew the codes every two days for our three devices. Breakfast staff did not seem to remember our drink preferences even though we stayed for a week. A tv screen or background music could make the breakfast room feel less solemn. Shower did not drain properly and pressure was very variable. |

Our room was always very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The concierge/front desk staff were also friendly, helpful and prompt with assistance on finding restaurants and making reservations. Additionally, the hotel management was very kind in allowing me to use their printer to print my reservation receipt for our Vatican tour. Finally, one of the front desk staff arranged for a nice private car to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean. I have no negative feedback to give on my stay there. It was in a lovely part of the city, a 2 minute walk to Piazza Republica which was very picturesque. It was within walking distance to many of the sights. It was also only a 2 minute walk to the metro or a 5 min walk to Termi making public transport a good option for times when it was too hot to walk (or when too tired to walk back to the hotel!). |

We had a great balcony and could see the square with a fountain down the street. The room and bathroom were roomy for Italy. When we had a issue with the sheets not being clean, they immediately came and changed them. Otherwise, everything else was clearn. The shower was hot and great water pressure. While the hotel staff spoke many languages (which was impressive) and while they offered maps, but they were not overally interested in helping (in comparison to other hotels in Italy). The rooms needs to be refreshed -- the carpets are worn. The beds were extremely hard which was ok for some, but may not be others. |

Excellent location. Staff are fine and try to help. Hotel pillows were too hard. We did not like breakfast. No variation in the breakfast menu. As a 4 star hotel they could provide little better service, like complementary tea/ coffee. |

Staff was friendly, helpful and most spoke English. Hotel was close to shops, restaurants, and a few blocks from the main train station. Metro was one block away. Located in a nice part of the city. Mattresses were a little too firm for me. |

Starhotels Metropole boasts a fabulous location and a host of modern facilities, including a fitness centre, just 200 metres from the Opera House and a 5-minute walk from Termini Station. |
Situated near Via Veneto, only 2 minutes from Villa Borghese on foot, Hotel La Residenza combines the amenities of a grand hotel and the cosiness of an elegant private house. |
Hotel Britannia boasts a privileged position in the heart of Rome, around the corner from the Opera House and a 10-minute walk to both Termini Station and the Coliseum. |
No location says Rome like this. Hotel Kolbe overlooks the Roman Forum at the foot of Palatine Hill. The Coliseum and Circus Maximus are just around the corner. |
