Staff are very friendely
the room need more lights
The staff were helpful ,polite and very pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. A good choice of food for breakfast. Also a great location from which to explore the sights of Rome.
Comfortable room, great staff, breadfast and location.
Everything. The room even has a walk-in closet! Also the old-fashioned-ness of the hotel gives you feel so special and all facilities are so new and clean.
Very close to the station.
Amazing breakfast, great location about 2 minute walk from nearest metro station and about 5 minutes by metro to termini. Staff were very helpful.
very nice place. location is perfect - walking distance from everything.
Friendly staff. And good location
As a king bed room , it should be big bed because just two collapsed beds are not comfortable al all
I will definitely come again!
The staff was helpful. The location was near a metro, very convenient. Near a hop on hop off bus stop and the train station. Breakfast was was included pretty good fresh fruit every day. Internet was fast all over the hotel. Bathroom was clean. Enjoyed our stay.
Old hotel, but very good
The good service friendly staff that cares for guests needs and comfort, good location also, good view of the balcony shows the "Rome" touch
Just the diffrence of rate by the internet booking and desk booking as I couldn't extend due to the outragous change in rate.
The pasticceria just next
Unpredictable water pressure and temperature
Breskfast was very good, but the breakfast staff even better! They were really freindly, polite and funny. We got special tastes of fruits, homemade bread and jam. Overall a very good stay. Good location for arrival and departure, and important sites within walking distance.
Great hotel, helpful and superfriendly staff, good to cery good infrastructure. Nice breakfast buffet with healthy choices. Would book it again, definitively. Also, very convenient location.
Marco P in the breakfast area very helpful and outgoing. Execellant service
Location is excellent for waking to sightseeing, to Rome Termini station, and. Repubblica metro station.
That I booked and paid for a superior double room, and was given a standard double room since it's all they had left. They were not honest enough to charge me the lower price. I know they gave me a standard double room because I also booked their last standard double and my 2 rooms were the same....in fact the standard double was slightly larger, w/ a slightly larger bathroom.
Location was great.
I paid for a superior double room and got a standard double room.
I enjoyed staying in the hotel , reception staff are so nice and helpful , as well the par man and concierge . I will make these hotel my first priority every time I come to Rome , properly i will come next time with my family in summer
The localization is not bad
Extremly noisy. The rooms are partially cleaned but not completly (if you use the cups of tea for example they let them dirty) Faced an important poblem with the personnel that, after several exproximations and lies from their side, made me missed my return flight. This hotel should not be considered for those who want to visit Roma, at any cost...
The location was amazing! The room was very beautiful, the breakfast was excellent.
It was unacceptable that 30' before my check out the staff opened the door without asking! The second day the cleaner seems to have forgotten to clean the bathroom as she did not through the used soap and glass from the washbasin. The bathtub had salts. They aircondition even it was closed seemed to be turned to cold. During the evening I was colding. They seem to be details but when you give that amount of money you expect everything to be perfect.
If you are travelling to Rome for the first time or you are with seniors or children, the location of the hotel is pretty good.
The behavior of the restaurant staff was pretty awkward. The guys there did not say a word to us-not a "good morning" or bother to ask us whether we need coffee or tea, etc.- during our stay whilst they were very much capable of engaging in long conversations with the other guests. We thought that could be a one-time thing; however, having experienced that kind of odd behavior two days in a row; it made us think that there was something off. If you do not care about your guests and do not even make an effort to greet them or serve them coffee maybe you should not be doing this job in the first place.
The location was so convenient to the Termini. We originally booked a different hotel for our last night in Rome and Italy. Luckily we went to that hotel to inquire if we could leave a luggage while we traveled to Cinque Terre. We were very disappointed with the location so we cancelled that reservation. We searched bookings.com and found a last minute deal at Hotel Mascagni. I called the hotel to ask if we could stop by and leave luggage for 3 days while we traveled and they were very accommodating. We considered ourselves very lucky in finding this hotel with only 3 days notice. The price even included a great breakfast.
The location allows you to easily take the bus or Metro. Trevi, Spanish Steps within walking distance.
