Hotel staff were very helpful - Luigi in particular , they were all very pleasant. Breakfast more than adequate and rooms nice and clean. Hotel also provided champagne as a surprise for our Anniversary , which was a nice surprise. Our first room had no window however the hotel moved us to a room with a window the next day . |

A very charming hotel with no carpet in the rooms (great for your allergies), and decorated in good taste The room was tiny, and you had to walk two flights of stairs after the elevator.Official hotel policy says you have to pay big euros for the Internet, which is ridiculous. It costs them less than tap water, and they charge a bundle for it. |

location was great, walking distance within all major sightseeing spots. no internet connection in the room, only in wifi area outside the room and on 1st floor PC space. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is in a great central location.Decor in the hotel was very nice. The room was very small only 1 person could move around the room at once and the bathroom only had a small shower which was very old and you could just fit in and out of the shower door without hurting yourself..too cramped. |
