Bedre frokost enn forventet. Selv om vinduene var isolert, var det veldig mye bråk fra veien utenfor. Ikke mulig å sove med vindu oppe, pga. bråk og støv. |

Near the Metro points, which was great. The staff were all excellent and very warm and friendly - everyone from the front desk to the maid staff to the service staff. |

Good location, short walk from Termini Station were buses from Ciampo airport drop and collect. Convenient for Metro which can be used to get to the Vatican in 15mins. Easy walking distance for many other sites including Via Veneto. Hotel breakfast very good, bedrooms very clean and staff very friendly. Bed was hard which is OK if you like a very firm mattress! Hotel bar and lounge very small and not widely used as most guests choose to go out. |

The staff was very informative, friendly and courteous. This was a very nice hotel. Great hotel staff, close to a main train stop. Walking distance to most sites or you can hop on the bus or train. Good choice of restaurants. Hotel was clean, comfortable, simply decorated and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. We would go back |

Spotlessly clean, good quality furnishings and fittings, everything worked! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast. Good location for walking but also close to the Metro. Not a complaint but it is a compact hotel - small but perfectly formed! |
