We particularly enjoyed how gently peaceful but formal the hotel was. We liked being able to do the things that we needed to do without our privacy being intruded upon. The staff were wonderful. The room that we chose was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, clean and generous. There was problem with beetles in our room, with very many on arrival and during the night. I don't think that they were cockroaches, but some looked as though they may be. There was also no hot water in the late evenings and in the morning we could only get the temperature up to a certain point, no hot enough for a shower. The biggest problem was getting to the hotel: the directions and maps need to be much clearer - we struggled and needed help on each of the times we tried to find our way back. Having said this, I would not want any of the staff to think that there was a fault with the way that they handled things - they and the hotel were lovely. |

Gentilezza del personale, upgrading eravamo le uniche clienti dell'hotel e ci hanno dato una stanza di livello superiore Essendo bassa stagione il ristorante non era funzionante |

Ho trovato personale più che disponibile, posto lussuoso, super rilassante inmezzo la natura bellissima. Un esperienza nuova.... Unica cosa negativa, chenon dipende dal hotel e lamancanza del campo per telefonia mobile. |
