Friendly, happy, obliging, committed staff. Very helpful advice given on visiting nearby places of interest. Idiosyncratic fixtures and fittings around the property. The breakfast and special dinners all prepared with fresh products from the gardens. The place was a joy.

Our Sat Nav didn't work and the signage to the property made it a bit difficult to find. Sometimes the music around the pool was a bit intrusive. But these tiny irritants didn't really effect our overall enjoyment.

EVERYTHING!!! Absolutely beautiful place with care for each detail, delicious breakfast, lovely people. We couldn't ask for anything more to make our stay pleasant memory. Every time I think of Puglia the smell from the breakfast room comes back: most incredible lemon, a bit of rosemary and fresh beaked croissant. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing at all to complain about

The in touch with nature theme and the unusual use of materials such as a shutter for a dressing table and spade as lamp shade ... Very creative and fitted in with the property beautifully

Instantly hooked, brilliant estate design and layout, family operated, family and couple friendly, superior efforts at sustainability, refreshing and calming pool environment, views, tastes, food, beverages, attentiveness and an abundance of friendliness. The regionally popular concept of agri-tourism is exceptional in this extremely tasteful and intimate Masseria where you might suddenly either be the only people enjoying the breath-taking 360 degree views from the pool area or communing with fellow travelers over a multi-course and indulgent family style meal. Outside of the abundance of olive trees common to the region, the estate wastes no opportunity in cultivating space around you with all manner of food source. It's a living ecosystem and you feel quite a part of it as you either walk through the grounds or sleep away the afternoon in a hammock or in one of the shaded and cozy chaise loungers.

Don't forget that you are a guest on a working farm. Fastidioso Gallo=Annoying rooster. We were closest to the farm animals which was both charming and annoying if we weren't careful. If we left the screened-in door and window open for a cross-breeze, the roosters got noisy hours before an already early morning sunrise. The mosquitos are common to the region, so be prepared for a few bites in the mornings and evenings.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. We arrived late after a long day of travelling, were warmly greeted, shown to our room and, happening to arrive on one of the nights the Masseria put on dinner for their guests (recommended), were treated like King & Queen as plate after plate of delicious food and wine arrived at our table. The days that followed were perfectly idyllic consisting of walks around the grounds, swimming in the stunning pool, relaxing poolside with local wines, lunch with the owners, driving to locals beaches, towns and restaurants arranged and recommended to us by the super staff. Our room was private, secluded, spacious and beautifully designed. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious with such a wide range of choices, most of which are grown or produced at the Masseria (farm). We were away to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it could not have been more relaxing/perfect. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable. We will be back.

The setting is so beautitful - and fascinating - it's all built over and in and above these limestone caves. The food is spectacular. wonderful pool. You can borrow bikes and cycle around the property sampling ripe hanging grapes as you go. It's utterly delightful!

    nothing - it's totally lovely

Giuliano Monteneve was very welcoming, informative,as well as extremely helpfull when we had travel issues with regard to transport around Fasano in Puglia. The masseria is an old fort which has been beautifully restored, with a very attractive swimming pool, as well as a working farm with the produce grown on site. It is an ideal relaxing place for a holiday with interesting surrounding towns and beaches to visit.

Easier to be in this area with a car.
