Staff was excellent. The location for visiting tourist sights in Palermo is excellent. The entrance way, which is flight of stairs to the lobby, could be improved. |

Splendid view from the private balcony. The location in the very center of the city. Breakfast was served in the room. The bar should be open also in the evening. |

The whole experience was excellent ! The welcome and assistance was extremly helpful. Recommendations of restaurants were followed up by booking and taxi,restaurants recommended were excellence.Breakfast served in room of excellent coffee ,freshly made selection of small croissants, breads and pastries with jams and marmalades.Requests attended to quickly and efficiently.Wonderful,tradional hotel. |

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno accolto con gentilezza, professionalità e molta familiarità: il fattorino ci ha pure sistemato le valigie in camera. Le camere sono ampie e panoramiche e soprattutto silenziose. La colazione viene sempre servita in camera ed è buonissima. purtroppo non cè ascensore e quindi all'ingresso dell'hotel cè una bella rampa di scale. |

Super céntrico para ver todo Palermo y también cerca de una de las paradas donde te deja el bus desde el aeropuerto. Justo detrás del Hotel además hay varias calles con terracitas para cenar y tomar algo. Desde el hotel y gratis hay cada hora y 45 min autobu a Mondello. |

Hôtel de charme, bien situé des principaux monuments à visiter.Bien que situé au centre ville, n'est pas bruyant à cause de la bonne isolation phonique des chambres.Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre. le personnel est très professionnel et courtois et parle français. Le petit déjeuner étant servi à partir de 7 H 30, il ne m'a pas été possible de le prendre lorsque je suis parti à 7 H. |

Ubicacion central en la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias. Dificil de llegar por trafico vehicular y por no tener recepcion a nivel de la calle.El hotel esta en un piso superior de un edificio y no tiene ascensor, solamente una escala dificil para subir el equipaje.Los espacios de recepcion y circulaciones son angostos y oscuros.El desayuno es muy medido en comparacion con otros hoteles de igual o inferior precio. |

Hotellet har ett bra läge med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna i Palermo. Frukostutbudet var dåligt, jämfört med andra hotell vi har bott på i Sicilien. Entrén är inte särkilt välkomnande med flagad färg och slitna mattor. |

マッシモ劇場の前にありながら劇場のツアーについて質問したが役に立たなかった。また、帰りの空港までのシ- ャトルバスの利用について質問したところ、タクシーでも４０～５０ユーロと変わりないとの返事だったため、- タクシーを呼んでもらったが、６５ユーロかかってしまった。シャトルバスは２人で３０ユーロとの情報だった- ので２倍掛かったことになる。お客には正確な情報を！！ |
