Great location-literally overlooking one of our favourite restaurants in gorgeous Sirmione. Helpful staff and lovely buffet breakfast.The lake views seemed to be from the top floors-but looking over the bustling street was fine-no noise at night and air con worked a treat Wish they had told us we could park outside hotel! they have a couple of spaces but we did our usual and trecked from the car park-no real problem as hotel gave us a pass to pay with at end of trip and then a pass to drive into town to collect cases etc.

Hotel was very clean. Staff and service are excellent. Best hotel that we stayed in during 7 days in Italy. Would recommend to a friend. Nothing on particular stands out. If we were to be picky, I would say that the breakfast room is up on the top floor and was very warm in the mornings. When I went tonopen the windows, I was told that the air conditioning was turned on, bit based on the heart, it mustn't have been working very well. In the scheme of our overall experience with the hotel this was a very small issue.

è la terza volta che torno in questo hotel sempre ottimo come staff come pulizia questa volta per motivi di lavoro ho usufruito della connessione internet in camera , camere non grandi ma sempre pulite quelle sul lato del lago offrono un ottima visuale Solo il caffe della colazione ma si puo rimediare andando al bar!per il resto colazione ottima

Ottima posizione per la vicinanza alle terme e al centro storico, disponibili coupon sconto per Aquaria da richiedere alla reception, parcheggio gratuito poco distante dall'hotel. Illuminazione della camera e del bagno insufficiente, camera poco insonorizzata.

El diseño de la habitación es muy acertado y acogedor, moderno, con techos altos de vigas de madera, muy acorde con el entorno. Lo más impresionante son las vistas desde la habitación que nos dierón, vistas al Lago di Garda, incluida la puesta de sol. Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitación.Salimos por la mañana y al volver a media tarde la habitación estaba igual que la dejamos, no habían hecho la cama ni habían limpiado. Lo comentamos en recepción y no encontraban ninguna explicación, se disculparón y nos facilitarón toallas limpias.

Mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, ottima la posizione visto che si trova in pieno centro storico. Ho trovato davvero rilassante la colazione con vista sul lago! L'unico aspetto negativo è il parcheggio, che rimane un po' distante dall'albergo, ma è comprensibile visto che l'albergo è situato nel centro storico.

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale e permette la visita del centro storico senza nessun problema.La gentilezza del personale e la pulizia delle camere sono il punto di forza. La doccia non è chiusa e quindi è un pò scomodo lavarsi senza allagare intorno,specialmente quando cerchi di lavare un bimbo piccolo.

Die Anreise mit dem Auto zum Hotel ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Durch " Oldtown " fährt man im Schritttempo, weil einem die Touristen in Massen entgegen strömen und die Gassen auch sehr schmal sind. Der Parkplatz ist etwas abgelegen, aber ok!

Ruhige Lage Richtung See, Zentrum Altstadt, Balkon, Sauberkeit Beim Frühstück fehlt das Gemüse, Frühstück erst ab ca.7:45 Uhr fertig, Einfahrt zum Hotel durch die Altstadt etwas mühsam und Parkplatz ca. 5 Min. vom Hotel entfernt

Ottima la posizione vicinissimo alle terme, accogliente e lo staff gentilissimo, da consigliare vivamente. La nostra camera aveva la vista sul lago. La colazione, non e' cosi' ottima come si dice, un po' scarsa e le torte non freschissime, dovrebbero variare di piu', il caffe' e le bevande sono delle macchinette, e poi non c'e' nessun tipo di marmellata; sicuramente e' da rivedere, peccato!

nette kamer, centrale ligging Op de website staat dat alle kamers een balkon hebben met uitzicht op het meer. In de praktijk blijkt dit niet het geval. Wireless gratis internet blijkt in Italië toch nog steeds een groot probleem. Ook hier apart betalen voor internet € 2,-- per uur.
