I spent 5 nights there, everything was great. Room was clean, wifi was good, there was an air conditioner and tv available in the room. And Alessia was very helpful indeed!
A little bit noisy because of the street passing by, but it is not that big deal.
Rooms were neat and bigger
Location within rome is not very attractive...but gives the essence of actual internal rome. it was fine
Owner, very kind, helpfull and keep nice clean appartment. Breakfest near appartment included. Neigbourhood.
Noisy street under the window. Depend if you prefer quite deep sleeping, it is hard by opened window. Little more far from metro station ca 15min. by walk.
I felt the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodative. I had to store a few bags throughout the day as I wasn't able to move into my next place until the evening of the day I checked out of Max House. They were quite understanding and even gave me the key to an extra room they had that was empty to store everything in for the day. The room was clean, orderly, and bright. Wi-fi connection was fast and I had no difficulty connecting, as it can often be the case with these types of places. Overall I would absolutely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.
clean room, very big. you will understand rome bus system within one day.
1. after checkout, at same price, i get a room much closer to termini train station, with private bathroom. 2. very far away from station, you need perfect navigation skill to find your way at night. 3. 2 walking path, one with many homeless people, one is zero people, only cars. very dangerous for girls or solo traveller. 4. bad wifi reception, suggest to replace a better router.
Alessia was so incredibly helpful for me she made my stay!!! We were able to converse in Spanish. She was amazing!!
IF you like gritty, up and coming urban areas where artists and students hang out, then the location is very good. But if you're priority is sightseeing and cutlure, this place is pretty far away and not serviced by any Metro. That said, it is mostly clean, though the cleanliness of the bathroom depends entirely on the other guests. You'll be sharing it with them.
Alessia was great and very helpfull!!the max house was so good located!!everything was great!
Given the price, this was excellent. Great value. The owner was lovely and the location great. I recommend anytime.
