Very friendly helpful staff. Great location. Good breakfast
The location was perfect. It is small, but priced well enough. Inviting lobby. Clean. Great place to sleep and quickly enjoy the next day.
It is bare bones.
The best part of the hotel is the location as it is centrally located on one of the main streets and therefore a visitor has easy access to all of the important cultural sites, restaurants and shopping.
I would consider the hotel fair. The room was clean but basic and did not offer any amenities, not even a refrigerator. I would compare it to more of a hospital room (including the TV which is anchored up high on the wall). Another detraction was that our window opened out onto an airshaft with an opposite window into someone's apartment. Considering what we paid, we certainly had expected more. The staff was helpful if asked but not overly accommodating.
Central location Value for money Cleanliness Helpful staff
Location Breakfast Staff was really nice
wifi poor signal
Facilities. staff friendly central position
the koffie the orange juice
the position is the best
bathroom quite poor, wifi didn't work with my mac, the breakfast was also nothing special
The location is very good. Right next to the cathedral in the center of historical area.
The staff at the breakfast was not very friendly who complained that i asked the from desk because the breakfast room wasn't open at the stated time.
Central location to train station and all the sights.
Hair dryer was weak. WiFi took some time to work efficiently.
Location was perfect, to your left you walk right into the Duomo, to your right, 10 minutes away, Ponte Vecchio. Train station 12 minute walk.
Toilette did not work in our room, we had to wait till following day to be switched. They did a slight discount for the inconvenience. Towels for showering are equivalent to a large tea towel. Beds are very hard.
Excellent location in the heart of Florence; nice size rooms; good breakfast with a variety of foods
Very noisy: not very sound proof so we could hear music and various noises from the street, as well as other guests basically screaming (though this has more to do with the lack of manners of said guests)
Hotel is very close to the center of Florence. It's very convenient to visit any affections. No other transportation needs, just by foot you can go anywhere in Florence. The bathroom is very very small. Anyone from north America will consider it as unacunacceptable.
Bathroom is too small.
Excellent location. very good decoration in reception area. The lady in the reception is very nice and always willing to help.
one room we stayed is facing the street. It was noicy before 11pm.
Great location. Recently renovated, excellent front desk service and b'fast. We had a triple room, comfortable, silent, with a large bathroom. Great value for money
Location, location, location
Close to train station
Clean, comfort, location location location. Loved the staff Also very plush and pretty reception/ lobby area.
It can be a little noisy. I thought I might be bothered with other guests coming and going but I was not. Quieted right down at bedtime. But if you want to sleep in late or go to bed early get earplugs, at least in some of the rooms
We had a bit of a hard time getting to the hotel with our GPS, but after speaking to the staff (Ida, I believe?) we got exact directions and were able to leave our car outside and check in easily. The rooms were adequate, the breakfast was nice, and the location could not have been more ideal. We had a baby with us, and the staff was incredibly helpful with him. Value for money was exceptional!
The bathrooms were a bit tiny, but other than that, we had no complaints at all!
Location was superb. Right in the middle of the main touristic area. Cute décor with beautiful paintings on the walls. Female receptionist were extremely helpful, cheerful and helpful. The evening receptionist not too friendly. Having a safe in the room was great.
Too many steps between elevator and our room. We had to carry our luggage up & down. Breakfast was ok, not great! Although my family members liked it a lot, I thought it wasn't great.
There couldn't be a better location in the heart of Florence. Great staff available until 1am. Clean room, quiet, respectable breakfast.
Room is tiny even by European standards, but this shouldn't stop you from staying here unless you have a specific reason why you need more space.
Close proximity to duomo
Certain staff are very rude Very, very, very poor wifi signal Shower pressure was almost nonexistent - very weak Broken air conditioner Bathroom horrendous for paying approximately 176 euros per night
Helpful staff. Clean Hotel.
Hot water to wash basin in en-suite was too slow running. No electric kettle/tea coffee making facility in bedrooms.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Position of Hotel was fantastic . Room was very clean and roomy.
Bathroom was very small and the shower was not easy as it wet everything including the toilet.
Location was great.
Danielle did not smile, always looked bothered by any request and did not want to be there.
Don't stay here if you are driving. Impossible to reach the hotel as most of the streets in city center are meant for pedestrians only. Elevator goes only until 3rd floor. No help from staff to cary the luggage too.
