A budget hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Suitable for travelers by car. Acceptable breakfast.

Very low-powered hairdryer. There is no curtain in the shower (only a narrow glass wall, but it is definitely not enough). Broken shower head. Very noisy air conditioner. Situated 10 km away from Bergamo along a highway.

The exact complement of Ryanair flight to Bergamo and idea of New year's eve in Venice. Hotel is very close to Orio al Serio airport to serve as perfect place to stay, if you fly there and rent a car - near highway junction, so you can go wherever you like - first of all Bergamo itself, next Milano etc. Clean, friendly and gave us an opportunity we had not experienced in any hotel before - to boil our own breakfast eggs - just as long as we wanted :)

Helpful staff from the moment when reservation is made. Easy to find. Breakfast is standard and very good. As we was there with a car we liked that we was able to park in front of the room. If they keep current price/quality relation I'll definitly be back.

To use the Internet you have to pay 2€/hour, but that is already mentioned on Booking.com.

Comfortable hotel with everything you need for rest. Staff is very helpful and friendly so I don't understand why Italians are considered to be lazy.

My suggestion would be to do something to prevent water spalsh from the shower on the floor, cause the current curtain isn't enough.

We used the hotel for just one night as it is near the airport. This was excellent value for money.

everything is ok.

The rooms were ok, not something impressive but cute and very clean. The staff was very friendly, always with a smile and very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. It's very easy to find it and not at all noisy.. In 3 km there are many shops and markets.. And it's near Bergamo if you have a car.

The only thing that didn't like it is that it has no free wi-fi.. Also you certainly need a car because there is no public transportation.

Was not easy to locate at first but once you find the way, it becomes easy.
