Water was leaking to the flour when you taking shower, it must me fix
Nice and clean hotel with great garage parking. 5min of drive from Arena.
Very thin windows, not the best option for winter.
Close to the city, easy access with car and the staff told us about the cheapest parking at Verona but there is also a bus stop near to hotel. Very helpfull and kind staff Breakfast was perfect They didn't charge the parking at the hotel
It wasnt really a problem but it would be nice to renovate it a little bit.
Superior quality rooms, beds, breakfast complimentary parking available
Location requires a car
Rich breakfast, large room, disposable slippers, corner for tea or coffee
On the beds there were no blankets, just a sheet and bedspread. For December is a bit too cold. The water in the shower is probably warming by gas - it was very difficult to set the right heat - it was too hot or too cold.
Free parking available. Good food store nearby.
Takes about 40 min to city center by foot.
Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Free parking
Very expensive wi-fi
room was good parking good location
wifi whith money
Room was comfortable enough. Free underground parking was convenient. Breakfast was OK.
The only thing that I didn't like was being asked to pay EUR 12.00 for a Wifi connection. It really annoys me when hotels charge for something that has no marginal cost to them. It would be more logical if they charged for consumable items like shampoo and soap, except no-one would tolerate it. So why should customers tolerate being charged for something that involves no extra cost to the hotel if you use it or not? I refused to pay and went without the Wifi.
Breackfast is good
Old hotel, it's 3 star and far from the city INTERNET NOT FREE
Their room service and breakfast staff were great
Their reception staff are snobbish, the manager was great in setting them straight.
Access to verona centre just 10 mins in car breakfast great value breakfast staff very helpful
Wifi costs 12.50 per night per phone very expensive when you think most hotels now give free wifi
I had 6 breakfasts with same badly done scrambled eggs,no fruits but bananas, etc. They live just because of Stone Fair in Verona in October . No comments.
Very clean. Good breakfast. Not far away from the center.Good price.Free car parking.
No free wifi.
Free parking spot under the building fully protected. Nice welcome with free aperitif.
A bit old fashioned but all working good. No problems at all.
Price for value. Good breakfast.
No free Wifi
The hotel is not bad but need some renovation… The location is OK for business...
Spacious spotlessly clean rooms in a quiet location. Bus stops very close .
After a day out the bar was often unstaffed and people waiting to be attended to.
They washed our car windscreen during a night! :)
Not the best location in a city.
Good location, parking, good breakfest
very expensive internet connection
safe closing of my bike, baggage store, much space
long way to good restaurants
good brekfast good location for visit centre
wifi was not included in price
a very good bed and the free
The hotel is a bit old fashioned
Car park available - hotel is a long walk from city centre for tourists! Breakfast OK coffee could be improved!
Staff were not trained to cope with large party of guests in wheelchairs - only two small lifts available to hotel full of guests so use of the lifts proved difficult with guests transporting their luggage to leave plus guests in wheelchairs. One disabled guest had to wait 30 minutes on 3rd floor to descend to breakfast! Very bad planning and staff not prepared or able to cope!
