Good location. Courteous staff. Good value for money. Air conditioning did not work in assigned room. Was moved to another room where air conditioner worked marginally. |

The size of the room was very good, and as we stayed there for 4 nights it was a great base to visit other areas. Very central location to Verona, Venice and Lake Garda. The staff were not welcoming. When we asked any questions made to feel like we were stupid and we should not ask questions. Air conditiong was not working very well. We realise it was very hot whilst we were there but as the hotel faces the west in the afternoon the rooms became very hot. |

Great very large room, perfectly furnished and very clean. WiFi was available free of charge from the room with the own laptop. A very good supermarket is located just around the corner of the hotel. Bus connection with the city center is very convenient but runs only until 8 p.m. |

I cannot think of anything at all that will make me say that the stay at the hotel was a pleasure. I booked the hotel on website as it says that is 300meters from the raylway station, but this was not the case. Booked a taxi from reception, no taxi available, when the taxi arrived the taxi driver was annoyed and overcharged for the fee. Arrived at the hotel in the evening, the restaurant was closed. Breakfast very basic no choice available. Overpriced for the service offered. |

Big room with all conveniences, comfortable & big double bad (it was best room during our trip), good breakfast. Free parking near from the hotel. Not so close from center of the town, but it wasn't problem. |
