The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly helpful and courteous. From check in to organising day trips the staff at the Medici were exceptional! The hotel is in a good location with lovely restaurants nearby. Also after a initial mix up on check in with regards our room booking we were allocated a beautiful spacious room with a balcony the comfort of same added to our enjoyment of our hoiliday! We would highly reccommend The hotel Medici! |

Calm and clean, not too far from the buses and tube. a littl ebit old fashion, outside of the rooms it was not so clean, the hotel staff was defined as being very friendly but it looks like they have changed the staff recently... |

proximity to Roma termini. staff attitude was excellent. poor room ventilation was a serious problem; towels not crispy clean; breakfast not even a basic continental and some version of very limited italian with not even a fried egg, choice of cereal from only three, canned juice quality also not v good. |

Fairly convenient for the attractions to the North of the city, room was clean, bathroom clean and decent shower (plenty of hot water). Surpisingly quiet location - wasn't really aware of the traffic etc. Close to some good restaurants. Rooms were small, especially the bathroom and beds would not suit a 6-footer. Not a lot of atmosphere around the hotel. Avoid the two restaurants opposite the front of the hotel...there are plenty of better options down the road and on surrounding streets. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee was terrible. |

You get what you pay for - when you get familiar with the location it is a good base just outside the historic city and bus stop for open top city tour bus is close by. Hotel overlooks at restaurant - so is noisy at night. Continental breakfast is very limited - disappointed with the quality of the chese and ham |

We loved the convenient location. We walked everywhere from it. After a noisy/busy day sight seeing it was great to come back to a quiet spot which had excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also liked the free internet, kept us close to our family in Canada. Breakfast was a nice bonus. |

I was glad of the availability of single rooms. Most of the staff were helpful. The courtyard sitting area is very attractive. The tv reception was poor, though my fellow traveller's was good. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast. |

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Good price and great location. Breakfast was quite substantial too. Air con was definitely a plus! Unfortunately the wifi did not seem to be working and this was rather frustrating. The staff were not really able to assist either. |

We had a triple room, we were 3 adults who are traveling a lot and we had a pleasant surprise that in a small hotel in the heart of the Rome the room was big enough for three adults, via Flavia were is the hotel is a quiet street and you can sleep very well after a running day visiting Rome, the breakfast was enough and well done each morning, I was very happy by choosing this otel and I recommended it to my friends. |

Good price for central Rome (they had some kind of discount, we paid EUR 200 instead of 320 per night for four persons). Breakfast was average quality, quite OK. Free wireless internet. Nice staff, we could leave our bags for several hours between checkout and departure. They also helped us get a taxi to the station. The room was a bit too small to fit four beds, there was not much room to move around. The shower could have worked better, half of the water kept coming out of the bathtub tap instead. Some corners were a little dusty. |

Building in good shape (in contrast with other italian hotels), allocation but i would prefer being closer to metro, buses in rome are quite complicated to use with a complete guide and timetable (metro is much easier) Breakfast is just decent food, not exciting. |

Hotel is almost in the center, by walking you could reach all the shopping area and see a lot of interesting sight. Breakfast was good, room was nice and clean, staff was very warm. Via Flavia street where is a hotel has a lot of nice restaurants, so the location of the hotel is perfect. I could recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in the center of Rome. Maybe a staff at the reception need to know a little bit better english, not alll some of them and I had a problem with getting an outside telephone line in my room. |

Very good location, close to metro & city center, rooms are clean, bathroom is very good and new. It was our 2nd time in Rome, and 2nd time staying in this hotel with no regret at all. Only for breakfast we preferred to go outside to bars for cappuccino with variety of just-form-oven bakery rather than filter coffee in the hotel. But definitely will recommend this hotel to stay while visiting Rome. |

Very convienently located near to the city's main train and bus hub. The cleaners do a great job on the room. WiFi did not work on my iPhone or iPod. My room had an ancient and very narrow bed (I'm a big guy so was a little uncomfortable). Small thing, but no toaster at breakfast. An ancient TV set with a remote control that did very little. Aside from these issues, an otherwise good hotel for price. |

Hotel is in excellent location, facilities and staff are friendly and good. Kids rated this as one of the best in our trip. AC (air conditioning) was not working in the room given to us, have to ask for changing the room which was done with bit of argument. Had no choice but to survive in a smaller room for first day till the room was changed next day. Surprisingly, I found this AC problem quite common in most of the hotels we stayed in during our trip. |

Hotel Montecarlo is in a quiet and elegant area of Rome's historic centre, close to the main embassies and ministries. Termini Station and the air terminal are 600 metres away. |
Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Railway Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants. |
Madison Hotel is right opposite Termini Station, which gives easy access to Metro lines, buses and airport shuttles. The hotel offers a free buffet breakfast and a 24-hour reception. |
In a great position in Rome’s historic centre, stylish Hotel De Petris is set right between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes’ walk from each. |
