Lounge and courtyard were pleasant
COMFORTABLE BED CLEAN BATHROOM
POOR BREAKFAST FOR A 3 STAR HOTEL, SELF-SERVICE NO OFFER OF FRESH PRODUCE. COFFEE & PASTRIES NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD ROMAN BARS
the size of bathroom
excellent rooms, very spacious. good facilities all round for our needs. very quiet location friendly staff would recommend
Good location, friendly staff.
WC was too small
The reception is not patient to guest's question!
Great Location, walking distance to central Rome and restaurants, shops, Termini station etc. Hotel rooms are old but functional. We only stayed there for 1 night but didn't have any issues. There are restaurants just outside (across and next to) the hotel entrance. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money accommodation.
Like most Italian hotels they advertise wifi that doesn't work in the room and when you ask the staff, you get a smartass lecture about how hard it is to get services to work in Roma. If it doesn't work, be honest and don,t advertise it. Also got treated like an idiot when the circuit breaker on the air on tripped. Same guy gave me a lecture on how to use the remote control......Santa madonna!
Very friendly staff
Stayed for six days. Everything was perfect. Great location and great access to catholic church - english service - to bus and metro. Staff is very accomodating
Rather good location Nice small terrace
Old style decoration. Poor quality breakfast (specially coffee and juice)
Wide room given Wifi
Unfriendly stuff even they dont reply your morning greeting Lack of hygiene in bathroom Uncomfortable beds do not provide good sleep I was biten by mites or fleas iritation occured Small bathroom old tap, lack of sink&bath drainer Hair drier didnt work There was only one towel left for double room one of us had to wait next morning to get a towel
Good internet and excellent location. The breakfast was pretty good.
Cheaper rooms are noisier, street noise. Also smell like pizza since there is a pizzeria next door. Matresses are bad.
A nice front entrance, garden courtyard, nice breakfast area and courtyard, great breakfast espresso fresh orange juice. Nice room great shower.
Not the best bed, the one guy in front desk wasnt to helpful, knew nothing about tours or ways to get to shopping mall. We are tourists and most hotels should assume we need help in that department, its hard to figure out everything you want to do, the hotel is the first local you get to know. A great hotel knows this more important then just a bed.
Friendly, attentive staff in reception and on room cleaning duty. Attractive breakfast room and adequate variety of food on offer.
Corridors looked shabby. Other guests were permitted to make late night noise in the 'garden area' near reception, at midnight on the staircase, returning from an evening out and at 6.00 am when departing. This ruined decent sleep, despite the fact that my room, as requested, was in a quiet position. If certain people have no manners, they should be asked by reception to be courteous to other guests.
We liked everything but The lady Who e as in The recepcion durinha The day because se e as not kind tô gire informativos. The hotel is faz from The most placrs tô visita só we had tô Walt too much
The lady Who e as in The recepcion durinha The day and localization.
big rooms, good wi fi, nice street with many good restaurants
a bit far from the ancient center, staff not very wellcoming, high price
The staff is helpful but since I've been to Rome so many times, and I've studied there in college I'm not a typical traveler. It's in a quite safe area. The rooms were clean.
While it is near some great sites such as Santa Maria Vittoria and Santa Maria degli Angeli (baths of Diocleation) it is a hike to most other sights and nightlife.
The location and the price is great. Breakfast is included in the room. Best is the little garden at the backyard of the hotel is very charming and goregous
Even though it is about what you pay for,the single room is exceptionally small and the single bed was small and uncomfortable
Good location of the hotel, beautiful old building and lovely authentic internal architecture.
Very small double room, dramatically small bathroom, not enough space for minimal comfort. Very poor breakfast. Street view rooms too much noisy.
very clean good breakfast reasonable price
Nice and clean Good choice of restaurants in the area Close to historic part of Rome
