フロントの人たちが皆、親切で温かかった。特に午前中にいた女性スタッフは、英語は話しませんが、質問に一- 生懸命答えてくれ、とても感じの良い方でした。ホテルは空港バス乗り場からすぐのところにあり大変便利です- 。最初は場所が分かりにくいですが、前もってホテルが詳しい情報をメールで教えてくれます。予断ですが、ホ- テルの右隣にあるピザ屋さんすごくおいしかったです。モッツァレラチーズが新鮮でお勧めです。部屋も清潔で- 広さも十分でした。ドライヤーも壁に備え付けのものでなく、通常のものが置いてありました。もしまたナポリ- に行く機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 |

フロントの男性が親切でした。セキュリティーもしっかりしていて安心して過ごせました。朝食ルームには熱い- お湯が飲めるようになっているので(有料ですが)冷たい飲み物かコーヒーがほとんどのイタリアでは嬉しい心- 使いでした。フェリー乗り場へも近く便利です。 一つの建物にいくつかのホテルが入っているイタリアのホテルに慣れていない人には、このホテルもやや見つけ- にくい。私の場合はタクシーの運転手さんがとても気のきく人で、ついたとたんインターホンを押してくれたの- で全く困りませんでしたが・・・ |

建物の３階の一部がホテルになっている。エレベーターが１回10セントかかるのにはじめ驚いたが、受付で返- してくれた。昼間にいるホテルスタッフは英語が堪能ではないが、（夜の受付の人は英語堪能）とても親切。部- 屋も快適に過ごせました。 |

駅からは少し遠いものの、カプリ島行きの船着場やスパッカ・ナポリ、卵城などは徒歩圏内。目の前のメディナ- 通りは人通りも多く、賑やかで、夜でも出歩けました。部屋も綺麗で広くて快適。なんと言ってもスタッフが最- 高！何でも相談に乗ってくれるし、対応も素晴らしい。ナポリに行くならお勧めです。 |

excellent location. much better than near the train station. good airport bus connection. good pizzerias nearby. good shopping and sightseeing nearby including the port for trips to islands or a rental car with parking near. pillows were too firm for my taste |

Like many similar structures in South Italy, MediNaples is not a real B&B, but a small hotel. A very good one, however. The staff is helpful, the room I was given spacious and quiet, the breakfast, though basic, largely sufficient. There is no sign whatever, the name of the hotel being written only on the doorbell. Hard to spot if you forget your spectacles. |

Everyone was so nice and helpfull about the area,it was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would stay there again. It was very hard to find,you need a sign of some kind? I read your reviews which said it was hard to fine so I looked for the big door. |

Convenient, excellent double glazing, lovely little balcony from which to gaze at crazy italian driving habits, dinky little lift, nice towels. perhaps a small fridge in the room could be provided. |

A really B&B in the middlle og af very busy neighbourhood. Tucked away behind a heavy frontdoor one finds the B&B on the second floor of an old townhouse. |

My husband and I liked its convenience to the ferry port, Municipo Alibus stop to the airport, and the bus stop for buses to the Archelogical Museum and train station. The continental breakfast was good. The bedroom was a bit stark and painted in offputting yellow/orange, and could have used a second chair in addition to the desk chair, however it was perfectly functional. |

I loved it! The place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! The juice at breakfast tasted off - I just avoided it. |

The hotel is in an old traditional building with a lot of character. The lady at reception spoke good english and gave good information about the city and the local practices. For some reason she did not have my booking (a problem with the system) but she immediately arranged a room. The hotel is clean and the room, although facing a busy street, was not too noisy. The hotel is imposible to find, because of the arcitecture of the city (tiny streets and tall buildings, the GPS lost reception, so i would recommend you rely on a regular map. When you actually find the street, there is ABSOLUTELY NO sign of the hotel. I passed by the hotel at least a dozen of times before i could find it and not even the staff in the restaurants next door could give... |

The staff was extremely helpful and invariably cheerful. The room was bright, large and comfortable. The location in central Naples was ideal. I would recommend MediNaples to anyone planning to visit central Naples. The elevator is out-of-date, but manageable. |
