De var trevliga och väntade på oss tills kl 24 eftersom vårt plan hade 5 timmars försening.

Stopp I toa sista kväll , bajs kom upp I duschen - badrummet gick inte mer att använda. De kunde inte hämta ng tekniker- vi fick sova utan dusch och toa (minimal toa vid frukostrummet, inget tvättmöjlighet). De reducerade inte priset utan anklagade oss för att vi hade stoppat igen toan. Det visade sig att det var en bit tvål som satt fast I toan- denna var definitivt inte av oss- vi använder inte tvål. 1.) det måste finnas en teknikjour I sådana fall.2.) vi hade det smutsigt och blev dessutom anklagade.3.) En anställd sa att de aldrig hade haft problem med denna toa, en annan sa att det var ett vanligt problem- så jag ser att detta är hotellets problem och de borde ha reducerat priset.

excellent location. much better than near the train station. good airport bus connection. good pizzerias nearby. good shopping and sightseeing nearby including the port for trips to islands or a rental car with parking near.

pillows were too firm for my taste

Everyone was so nice and helpfull about the area,it was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

It was very hard to find,you need a sign of some kind? I read your reviews which said it was hard to fine so I looked for the big door.

MediNaples is near city center and very safe at night. It has very good quality for the paying money

The staff was nice and informative. The bathroom was tiny but clean, and it was cool and comfortable.

Convenient, excellent double glazing, lovely little balcony from which to gaze at crazy italian driving habits, dinky little lift, nice towels.

perhaps a small fridge in the room could be provided.

My husband and I liked its convenience to the ferry port, Municipo Alibus stop to the airport, and the bus stop for buses to the Archelogical Museum and train station. The continental breakfast was good.

The bedroom was a bit stark and painted in offputting yellow/orange, and could have used a second chair in addition to the desk chair, however it was perfectly functional.

I loved it! The place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on!

The juice at breakfast tasted off - I just avoided it.

The hotel is in an old traditional building with a lot of character. The lady at reception spoke good english and gave good information about the city and the local practices. For some reason she did not have my booking (a problem with the system) but she immediately arranged a room. The hotel is clean and the room, although facing a busy street, was not too noisy.

The hotel is imposible to find, because of the arcitecture of the city (tiny streets and tall buildings, the GPS lost reception, so i would recommend you rely on a regular map. When you actually find the street, there is ABSOLUTELY NO sign of the hotel. I passed by the hotel at least a dozen of times before i could find it and not even the staff in the restaurants next door could give...

The staff was extremely helpful and invariably cheerful. The room was bright, large and comfortable. The location in central Naples was ideal. I would recommend MediNaples to anyone planning to visit central Naples.

The elevator is out-of-date, but manageable.

Extremely friendly personel, helpful and good manners. Breakfast was basic, but was meant very well.Is extremely well situated near many busstops, the palace and shopping area. Better neighbourhood than near the station. Safe place to be. Center on walking distance. Rooms very silent with double doors. Real value for money. Enjoyed it very much.

Normal rate applicable would not be very good value for money. Only with reduced rates the price is according to the quality of the rooms/facilities.
