The location of the hotel is very good, 10 minute walk down hill to the Corso Umberto... just remember its uphill on the way back! The pool was fantastic and the view from the rooms was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the showers worked very well. The air-conditioning did not work. We were told by the receptionist that it would come on automatically but when it didn't the night porter told us that it must be broken and the technician was coming to fix it the next day... it was "broken" for the length of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing, a few rolls, ham, cheese and yoghurts. They have no iron in the hotel. |

It has sister lido hotel, so that was good for the beach facility Needs renovation...specailly furniture in the rooms |

The view of Mount Etna was fantastic. Nice small swimming pool which was refreshing. Food limited but well cooked. Staff kind and helpful Pretty limited facilities, very old fashioned. needs to be updated |

Location is good and staff are very helpful The air conditioning was not switched on although the temperatures were high. The overnight temperature in our room was usually over 25C. The hotel adavised that they don't turn on the air conditioning until June. |

La vista del hotel y la cercanía al centro de la ciudad. El desayuno no era bueno, solo tienen la comida basica. Las habitaciones e instalaciones no estaban acordes al precio del hotel. |
