The hotel staff and comfort of the hotel are execellent. The carpets needs a good clean .The management should maybe think of introducing some some light snacks against a payment for people who prefers to stay in or come late. |

staff , breakfast. quality of the room , small , dark , dank , and the finish of the bathroom left alot to be desired, all in all a very poor feeling about the room. |

Breakfasts were very good - could be some tomatoes available but in compare to other hotels - are really fine. Climatization works very good. Staff is nice. Not so far from Duomo - 15 min walk. Rooms are with balcony. Bathroom is big and clean. 20 minutes by car from airport. Internet doesn't work in rooms. Must go to main hall to use it. Remember to book parking space (+12 euro p.n.) if you do not want to loose your car. Cigarettes ends in flower pot (in no-smoking room) |

The room was very fresh and rather big and with a balcon. we arrived after the bar has closed (22 pm) could not get anything to drink but the 4 expensive waterbottles in the frezzer. No drink nothing. the morning after 9.00(tired) there where almost no food left. AND when we checked out they insisted that we should pay for the water though we had brought every drop back. What should we have done in the middle of the night. Almost break down of thirst |

Only stayed 1 night in city before moving on to rented villa - suited us very well and earlier this year stayed in Best Western in Carnac which was also excellent. |

The staff was good. Very clean, spacious enough and quite cosy room, furniture was not worn out; a bath tube. Silent place - the edge of the city. The location was also good because it's near to the center and The Valley of Temples. We walked there on foot in about 20min (although elder people and children may need some kind of transport). The swimming pool was a big advantage for us. It was a pity that the first evening we found a swimming pool already closed (about 8p.m.). Hotel's restaurant is quite expensive so we didn't eat there, but there is a supermarket, pizzeria, restaurant and some cafeterias near by, just ask people where. Maybe breakfast could be improved by more hot meals. But in general everything was ok and we really enjoyed our stay. |

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony. the window has great shutters that blacked out the room and also gave you an extra sence of security. Air con worked very well. A quiet hotel, no major traffic or noise. A little hard to find, there was signs to a point, but they didn't continue all the way to the hotel. It was good value for money |

It was a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. If I will return, I will definetelly consider booking the same, due mostly to the position of the hotel close to the main atractions of Catania and good services and prices. |
