very close to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping and good sea views. ask for a remodeled room, if possible.

shower needs some cleaning and upgrading. baseboards were loose. one of the toilets did not flush. room needs a good upgrading and remodeling. Manager told me they are working on that.

Location, location great.

Heat and air conditioner didn't, work.

It was close to train station and close to port. Could walk it all with luggage. Staff was very nice.

You had to sit sideways on the toilet because the sink was right in front of it. All they had to do was switch the toilet and bidet. Also bed and pillow were like rocks. Wifi was poor. Had to go into lobby to use.

The fact that it was close to railway station and port terminal.

Breakfast was not value for money and hotels exterior appearance was shabby and in need of paint.

We liked the view of the sea but there was no chairs on the balcony

Too many to list, however, to say few: Dirty, ants everywhere, personnel not friendly nor cooperative, very old and run down facility.

Convenience to train station from Rome and cruise terminal

Hotel was a little old fashioned and probably could use a make-over. It appears it was once a very elegant hotel, but a little shabby now. Breakfast was pretty skimpy.

Free parking... Walking distance to the train... Looks out over the sea! Breakfast was very good and free! Staff was very helpful even with the language barrier.

Spacious, remodeled rooms, literally steps from the train station. Beautiful sea view from the rooms.

Lack of "connecting" rooms allowing room to room access for families with small children and pre teens.

Did great job of arranging transportation from Rome airport to hotel and then to the Port, would recommend your service, hotel was also great.

Conveniente since we were sailing from Civitavecchio the next day. Also thought the person at the desk was very accommmodating and I lovedd the continental breakfast.

I canot really think of anything that stands out.

We had a beautiful view from our window.

When we arrived the environment outside did not inspire safety. However, nothing happened. Also, the air conditioner was turned off and we had to sleep with the window open. It was still not cool enough.

Convenient to the Port entrance. We were catching a cruise ship.

The Air Conditioner was next to non-existent. I don't think it had to capacity to cool the wardrobe. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and a good value for the money.

Location is perfect for cruisegoers!

Great location for catching the cruise ships. Around the corner from the train station. Nice lobby and Breakfast room. Okay breakfast. Room was just Okay for one night. Very friendly staff. Great view of the sea. Restaurants all around. Short walking distance from shopping. Fun, lively area.

a localizaçao é excelente para quem vai embarcar em um cruzeiro pois fica junto ao porto, gostei pois essa era minha necessidade

o hotel é muito antigo precisaria de uma reforma nos quartos.

El hotel en general es muy bonito y las habitaciones hermosas y muy comodas. La vista al malecon de Civitavecchia es espectacular y esta muy cerca del muelle, lo que nos quedo excelente porque ibamos a embarcarnos en un crucero.

Lo unico que le falta al hotel es pintura en la fachada, porque por dentro esta muy bonito y por fuera se ve feo porque esta despintado. Tambien les vendria bien un letrero mas grande.
