Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento  

Unfriendly staff and greeting. Very basic rooms. Poor food ( we only experienced breakfast). Hugely overpriced. Very disappointed with the hotel in general.

The staff were very welcoming and always on hand to assist with any requests. The prices were very reasonable in the bar etc and again staff gave excellent service at all times. Breakfasts were very good. The pool area facilities are very clean and the to have such superb facilities in such an excellent location is a real plus. Shuttle bus service was also brilliant and free !!

The staff were excellent. Really friendly and obliging, without being in your face. A very professional and relaxing attitude. The hotel has wonderful views and had the weather been kinder we could have enjoyed what appeared to be a fabulous pool area. There is a lift down to the beach area, whuich was very interesting and during the summer would have been wonderful. We would definately come again, but next time during the hotter months.

The rooms are a little small, but adequate. The shower cubicle is the smallest you can get and the water wasn't always hot enough to shave properly. Breakfast was very basic. It's located just a little too far from the main action in Sorrento.

Great Location, and friendly staff!

The location of the hotel was convenient for the train station and town, with spectacular views over the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable and the hotel generally was well maintained and decorated to a modern standard. The restaurant was excellent and the menu offered a wide choice. The staff were polite and helpful. The gardens, pool and bar areas were very pleasant and ireal for simply relaxing...

The shower cubicle could have been slightly larger.

Stayed in many hotels in sanagnello this one up withthe best one complaint is bar prices are expensive compared to other hotels in same region

The staff couldn't do enough to help us...and after much traveling it was so nice to relax around the pool. Pool dinners were reasonably priced and very tasty!

The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. The hotel was spotless and had a nice pool with bar facilities. The hotel also had a bus shuttle to sorrento running throughout the day. It is an ideal base to visit pompei, amalfi coast and sorrento.

Its a 20min walk to the middle of sorrento if you miss the shuttle bus home as taxi's in sorrento are quite expensive about €20 from sorrento to hotel

The hotel was perfectly placed. It was close enough to all of the attractions and the beach but far enough away that the hotel was a nice quiet retreat at the end of the day.

Though this was only a minor inconvenience for me, the only gripe that I have about the hotel was that the internet connection was not very good in my room on the fourth floor. I could get a connection as long as in the corner of the room.

Det lå godt og i gå afstand til centrum, hvis man ikke tog schuttelbus. Personalet var smilende og i mødekommende. Pool område skønt.
