The friendliness of the staff is amazing. They were always more than willing to help, were kind and available. The position of the hotel is very nice, as well as the pool. It is pretty close to the Sorrento's center and not very far from the Vesuvio and Pompei. The trip with the private yacht to Capri is an opportunity and it should not be missed! We really enjoyed each and every second spent in here and for sure we will return some day! Many, many thanks to Aniello - one of the employees from the reception- his availability to help us when the luggage was lost by the airline company was very touching and it meant a lot to us!! There was no room service available, or if available - only sandwiches. in the first days there were ants on the balcony - but this was not a major inconvenient. |

Lovely surrounding and sea view! Bathrooms- Water comes out from the tub. This is for the Sea side Hotel given to us as alternative as U were over booked for Easter and not Hotel Mediterraneo |

Hospitality of Hotel Staffs were good more than expected and every aspect around hotel was very much appreciated, however, transportation system between hotel and public transportation points are a little bit poor, I'm afraid. After all no adverse comments from us, thank you. |

A beautiful location. The decor of the rooms. The hotel was exactly as described by your website. Unbelievably thin walls allowing you to hear even quiet conversations in the room next door. Courtesy bus took you half way to Sorrento |

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Sehr schöne Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv. Schönes Restaurant im 5 Stock mit herlichem Panorama. Das Zimmermädchen arbeitete etwas schlampig. Kein Duschgel nachgefüllt und Lappen nach der Reinigung im Bad vergessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gegen 9:15 Uhr schon ziemlich erschöpft und es wurde nur noch teilweise nachgelegt. |
