la gentillesse du personnel, surtout a l'accueil, la qualité du restaurant, la piscine, la plage, et la décoration moderne et de bon gout, très joli hotel

le bruit dans les couloirs, très sonores, les verres a dent en plastique pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles, très laids et pas pratiques ! un peu éloigné du centre.

Un bien bel endroit, le resto tout en haut, face à la baie de Naples et le Vésuve ... Le parc jardin, la piscine.. Très agréable

L' amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel, le restaurant avec vue panoramique sur le golfe, la propreté de la chambre, l' emplacement de l' hôtel en bord de mer et le service de navette pour la ville.

Un petit bémol au niveau confort: la cabine de douche trop exigüe pour un utilisateur de taille moyenne (chambre 303) .

le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d'un établissement de cette catégorie ( produits bas de gamme, fruits en boite) à l'exception des pâtisseries maison.

Wonderful great place for a real vacation

Everything was perfect. The best breakfast I've had in 6 weeks of touring Italy and a beautifully comfortable bed. Hotel in a nice quiet spot and regular courtesy van goes regularly into sorrento city from early morning coming back late at night. Beautiful swimming pool, bars and amazing staff

The staff was amazing - they did everything in their power to make sure the accommodations, service, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! The rooms and common spaces were clean and beautiful!

The view of the Mediterranean is amazing and when you were at the pool, there was no sign you were in such a place. The pool is very nice but there is no view/reminder you are on the coast. A bit picky but I do love laying by the pool and looking out at the ocean.

Excellent and friendly staff in all departments, who could not do enough for us. Superb views from restaurant which served delicious food.

We arrived late (around midnight). Our bedroom (on the first floor) smelled musty and the bed had a hard mattress. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full. Moved the next day to a very nice room on the fourth floor with a far more comfortable bed.

Beautiful setting....The hotel is pristine and clean .The sunsets were best appreciated on the terrace of their very stylish White Bar. The staff were wonderful and eager to help , we even had a singing waitron at breakfast. The shuttle bus regularly commutes to the centre of Sorrento, so the location was perfect.

the Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Sorrento. The view from our room was excellent. The staff and service were excellent, always very helpful with directions or answering our questions. Our room was very comfortable with a king size bed. I would recommend Hotel Mediterranew Sorrento to family and friends. The shuttle bus was very convenient to get into Sorrento. The breakfast which was included with our room was very good with many choices of foods.

A nice comfortable place with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Would stay again. Free parking a real bonus.

Bathrooms are on the small side and so if you like your food then be warned. Nearby road can be noisy but most hotels in the area suffer from that problem and so not a problem.

Just one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Normally i dont care much about hotel staff, but here the Staff are really fantastic!!! Views are awesome, hotel is clean and updated.

i dont think i have spelled his name right but Analdo was the best most helpfil guy i have ever come across nothing was too much trouble for him from getting wifi on my i pad for me to organizing a pick up from the amalfi coast a handbag i wanted but had forgotten to take any money with me whilst in a trip excellent service could not have asked for better.

the hotel room we stayed in was very clean with a balcony bath robes slippers but the room was too small the shower tiny and not very forceful water flow.

very impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff and with the pleasantness of the hotel notably the: - sea view from the top floor restaurant; - the quality of the breakfasts in that restaurant (included gluten free food for me) - the comfort of the bedding.

Fabulous location - ample free parking. Easily accessible.

Rooms were small (by American standards). Bath/Shower combo was very small. Only a great value if viewed as a "destination", i.e. take advantage of pool, beach, etc. Less of a value if used as a base for exploring nearby areas.

Everyone was pleasant. The hotel offered the use of their yacht once during the week for a reasonable cost. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I had the seaview with a balcony which was perfect.

Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The sea view from our room was beautiful. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was quiet and spotless. The lounge area near the pool with drinks in the evening was an unexpected surprise. Having a shuttle to the town of Sorrento is a huge plus. The breakfast and supper in the restaurant was outstanding. We will always remember meeting new friends over way too much lemoncello in the evening.

Great all around. Anillo was so friendly and helpful, as was the entire staff. Very comfortable rooms, ours had a beautiful sea view. Location was great, we had a car but lots of shuttle service all over the area. Restaurant food was excellent. We will recommend It to all our friends.

The staff were very welcoming and always on hand to assist with any requests. The prices were very reasonable in the bar etc and again staff gave excellent service at all times. Breakfasts were very good. The pool area facilities are very clean and the to have such superb facilities in such an excellent location is a real plus. Shuttle bus service was also brilliant and free !!

The staff were just amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location was great, even though it was a bit out of the centre of town the hotel provided a shuttle bus that ran into the centre and if you didn't want to wait for that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. The pools were fantastic, big with plenty of sunbathing space. Also they had happy hour and the bar and that provided a time when guests would mingle and enjoy themselves before dinner

The staff were excellent. Really friendly and obliging, without being in your face. A very professional and relaxing attitude. The hotel has wonderful views and had the weather been kinder we could have enjoyed what appeared to be a fabulous pool area. There is a lift down to the beach area, whuich was very interesting and during the summer would have been wonderful. We would definately come again, but next time during the hotter months.

The rooms are a little small, but adequate. The shower cubicle is the smallest you can get and the water wasn't always hot enough to shave properly. Breakfast was very basic. It's located just a little too far from the main action in Sorrento.

Located short distance outside Sorrento town, but a regular shuttle service provided which was much appreciated. Stunning location and hotel very clean, bright and modern. Wi fi freely available...this is very useful. Staff very helpful and friendly...great front of house people on reception...all great. Also excellent breakfast with stunning views of the Bay of Sorrento. Overall...excellent stay.

Beautiful bar and relaxation areas...drinks a bit pricy...but nice seating and atmosphere.
