Hotel Meeting  

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime kamer, keurig ontbijt, handige ligging T.O.V. Bologna airport

Alleen een laken op het bed, moest zelf op zoek naar een deken. In het toilet geen toiletpapier. Hotel als zodanig is hier en daar aan renovatie toe.

Dicht bij luchthaven en alle voorzieningen in badkamer:scheergerief,tandenborstel met tandpasta

Niets echt als het alleen maar voor 1 nacht is als doorreishotel.

I booked two rooms for two people at a non-refundable rate. they were charged to my credit card the day after the booking. Non-refundable should mean you are charged if you don't show up, which was not the case. also I had to pay for both rooms when I meant the two rooms to be paid by the occupant. Non-refundable should be a clearer policy.

Friendly staff. Free internet.

Room was very dated and in need of renovation.

Location was very comfortable being near the airport.

I liked the hotel, the room and the staff. I liked the bar area. The restaurant was good.

The staff did not bring me upstairs to my room or at least clue me in on the use of the air conditioning or open the shutters before my arrival. The sink faucet spouted out brown water for the first 5 minutes. The bathroom sink was not entirely clean. The telephone did not work unless I kept the wire pushed in and I could not receive the phone call of the arrival of my taxi the next morning: no one came up to advise me of it either thus I had to pay more. I had to take a taxi to the airport because, although when I had phoned a day earlier the receptionist told me there was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, the day I arrived, they told me the shuttle was 'broken'. The restaurant was good, although the service was very slow and strange in that I had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged - not even a menu or water or bread was given - and when I asked , I was told by the manager that I had to 'wait, that there customers ahead of me'. Not very customer friendly, I would say.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.

This is not a 4 star hotel and is located 6km from the airport. The aircon in the room didnt circulate so it was very hot. Had I known this it would have been cheaper to stay in the city centre as there is no public transport in the morning and taxi was 17 euro.

We were looking for a place to stay over night after a late flight so the location was fine for that but that is all I would stay for. The staff was exceptional however. We were tired and hungry and even though the kitchen was closed they made us sandwiches and had a drink from the small bar in the lobby. It was perfect before calling it a night, we expecteted it to be expesive but to our delight it was less then reasonable!

The hotel itself was fine except for a horrid smell in the lounge/check in area. It is a little dated and worn but not to bad. I would stay again for a stop over but wouldnt stay for a vacation.

Posizione ottima per chi deve prendere l'aereo a Bologna. Le 4 stelle sono tuttavia ampiamente sopravvalutate.

Personel çok yardımsever davrandı. Otelin önünden şehir merkezine otobüs kalkıyor, ulaşım açısında otel konumu çok rahat.
