Hotel Meeting  

The apartment was simply excellent! very comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, a kitchenette, two rooms (each with its own air conditioning and a TV). The security of the villa was great too - a secure electronic lock. Rooms were perfectly clean and very cosy. Internet worked great too:) Furthermore, the hotel staff was really kind and helpful.

The only tiny issue was a proximity to the train lines - a bit noisy when trains pass.

We booked a room but were upgraded to a appartement (Residence villa Maurice). That was very nice, we had more space for our kids (1 and 3 years old). Breakfast was fine and the people were friendly.

Residence villa Maurice is located next to the railway. It didn't bother me, but it might be a problem for the light sleepers.

My adult son and I were offered an apartment near the hotel where my relatives & friends were staying. Excellent, as my son had the sofa bed in the lounge and there is a kitchen. It is a newly built block, so we were lucky to be offered this alternative, with breakfast at the hotel.

everything was fine and the air con was a bonus as it was extremely hot.staff were very accomodating.

Excellent breakfast facilities with very friendly staff. We were put in a temporary room for our first night due to a mix up, which was ok but looked out onto a fire escape and the back yard. Our second room was lovely, clean and with a balcony. Clean and reasonably sized, it had air con and running water.

Nothing in the mini bar in either room. A bottle of water on arrival would have been welcomed in the 38degree heat!

Hotel is very conveniently located, close to all amenities but sill located in a quiet location. The hotel staff were all very polite and friendly. Also, rooms,public areas, restaurant were always clean. A good basic hotel, which was perfect for us.

I think that the hotel needs to be upgraded to a more modern state & if not upgraded, at least basic maintenance needs to be done; for example we noticed that in the restaurant where we took our breakfast, the blinds fixed to one particular door were all broken & also part of the walls needed some fresh paint/small repairs. Also, the medicine chest in our bathroom had a missing knob!

The air condition and minibar does not worked until I asked to get help from the manager. Hotel staff: In dining room we got good service , but in the reception we got bad service (from old lady)in the first day. The cleaning of the room and facilities is not quit good. It under my expectations !!!

Wow, booking.com, you outdid yourself on this recommendation! What a great place! We stayed 4 nights and our entire bill was around $460. We had an air conditioned apartment with a full kitchen, sitting area, bedroom, and huge bathroom with separate tub and shower.There was an elevator to our floor so we didn't have to walk up stairs. It was clean, modern, 5 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk from the center of Stresa. Every morning there was a full breakfast included in the price of the hotel. The staff was gracious and helpful. This place was perfect for us!

-i scalini per accedere all albergo scomodi per chi ha valige pesanti -il parcheggio pubblico a volte introvabile -la camera tripla che ci era stata assegnata un pò stretta

Des remarques plus que des points négatifs. De façon générale, isolation phonique non encore parfaite, Hotel assez grand donc, en haute saison, à prévoir beaucoup de monde.

Sehr nette und bemühte Leute. Durften unsere Sportausrüstung ins Hotel mitnehmen. Parklatz für unsere Motorräder wurde sehr großzügig eingerichtet.

Cerca de la estacion de trenes y mitad de camino al centro.Buena calefaccion y buen desayuno.Cama comoda.

Faltaban toalleros donde colgar las toallas por lo que al bañarse era algo incomodo.No habia ni un solo recipiente donde tirar deshechos ni en el baño ni en la habitacion asi como tampoco vaso aunque fuera de plastico,pero el chico de recepcion amablemnete me presto una copa

La posizione dell'hotel al centro di Stresa, il parcheggio pubblico proprio davanti l'entrata dove ho sempre trovato posto, la cortesia e la professionalità dello staff ed infine l'incantevole atmosfera natalizia del Lago Maggiore. Probabilmente ci torneremo in primavera.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix (hors saison). Chambre avec balcon. Grande salle de bain. Très bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal, proche du centre, calme. Place de parc en face de l'hôtel.

Odeur de fumée froide s'infiltrant dans la chambre.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die zentrale Lage ist sehr praktisch und für seinen Preis war das Hotelzimmer ganz schön gross

Zentrale Lage mitten in Stresa

Badezimmer benötigen eine Renovation. Zimmer wurden teilweise renoviert. Die älteren Zimmer haben immer noch Teppiche.
