Nothing in particular. The worst location possible of the hotel was the one choosen to give it to booking.com, the the room it self it's OK. |

comfort of the room was very good. Very friendly reception staff. We booked a room in the 'annexio', only after making the booking I received an e-mail that this entailed that I was not allowed to use the hotel's service, such as the gym, swimming pool, shuttle service to the beach etc. In my opinion, this should have been made clear before making the booking. |

We liked he spacious and luxurious apartment, the beautiful surroundings and the helpful and friendly staff. As we stayed there out of season most facilities were closed, but it didn't matter to us, we enjoyed the quietness Perhaps the breakfast - sometimes they were run out of some of the things for breakfast, and it wasn't as great as you expect of a 5* hotel, but the expresso and cappucino were very good |

The location of the hotel is perfect but I wouldn't recommend this hotel during the low season (winter) because none of the facilities were available (sauna, massage...) |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and spacious.We had an excellent stay! As it was off season, most of the facilities at the hotel was closed. |

Ottima posizione, comodo per il mare e per raggiungere porto cervo. Camera spaziosa, bagno confortevole. Staff disponibile e gentile. Bella struttura esterna, con meravigliosa piscina. Cibo di qualità. |

gli operatori del jaspe sono tutti gentili e di una cortesia unica. l'albergo è splendido inserito forse nel luogo più bello e accogliente della costa smeralda meglio evitare il ristorante interno dell'albergo, il cibo non è all'altezza della categoria |
