Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful staff. The shuttle bus to the city center made up for the location. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The location, location, location. The shuttle bus made up for the location. Without the shuttle bus a traveller would be left with only taxi to get to city. Taxi from hotel to airport was $68.00. Shuttle does not run early for those leaving on early flights.

LOVE IT! will love it more if the wifi was free, but it doesn't matter. I would recomend it. PERFECT souvenier shop! WIFI wasn't free.

The hotel located far from the city, but it is also easy to take a free shuttle bus from Vatican City. You can take an airport bus from airport to Piazza Risorgimento and then take free shuttle bus to hotel. It just take 8 Euro per person to Piazza Risorgimento. The hotel room is clean and comfort.

Free shuttle bus to town centre. Over priced food & drink. Internet didnt work. Nowhere near the town centre. Grumpy barman. Staff woke me up at 00:40 to tell me to close my windows due to disinfection taking place. My windows were already closed knob heads.

The internet is a big issue for biz guys, there is no Wifi in the rooms but only a cable connection so my iPAD and iphone where useless. The internet cost is way to high!!! 7Eu for hour? Or 12eu for 24h? A 4start hotel should offer free internet access. The hotel restaurants is another thing to improve, lunch was very disappointing and too expensive.

They have deliberately downgraded my room and there was no way of changing their decision. Very loud guests nearby my room and Duty Manager could not cope with the problem. Poor breakfast, poor cleaning. I will never go back....

Comforto,limpeza e serviços impecáveis! Para um hotel que cobra caro não se deveria pagar para usar o ônibus que vai ao centro de Roma e nem o estacionamento para os carros.Fácil incluir isso no custo de hospedagem.

La habitacion es amplia Los empleados en general son bastante atentos. Limpieza deficiente, la moqueta esta sucia, con manchas En la pagina web indican que el servicio de autobus es gratis y es mentira, hay que pagar por ello. El conductor del autobus ante un trafico excesivo (miercoles audiencia papal) no tiene un plan B. El buffet del desayuno me parece incompleto, no entiendo que por freir un huevo cobren. La reposicion de alimentos en el desayuno es muy lenta o sea se ven bandejas vacias durante algun tiempo. En los detalles del cuarto de baño, el bote de gel es muy pequeño para 2 personas.

De spa suite was leuk qua idee en om te zien... alleen jammer dat het bad veel te ondiep was, de jacuzzi functie slecht werkte, de licht en aroma therapie niet werkte, en de televisie geen romantische radio functie had en de tv kanalen alleen vele nieuwszenders weergaven... kortom het idee was leuk, de uitvoering zeer matig en veel te duur voor wat je uiteindelijk kreeg. Geen aanrader dus... Het conferentie gedeelte was redelijk maar het hotel gedeelte oubollig en niet echt schoon vieze versleten vloerbedekking,een zeer matig ontbijt,zeer sobere bediening,slecht of geen werkend internet en betalen met credit card werkte niet i.v.m. een storing die er toevallig een dag eerder ook al was...! Dus ja het viel behoorlijk tegen zeker voor de prijs uiteindelijk ruim €300 betaald voor een zeer matige prestatie...
