Experience the heart of Rome staying in an elegant palace, formerly the residence of a noble family. Hotel Delle Nazioni offers a luxurious approach to the Eternal City.

Great location, friendly helpful staff,
Room was very dark, wifi poor
Breakfast was terrible. Boiled eggs cold. Yogurt warm. Coffee bad. Fruit was not fresh. Apples shriveled up. Rooms very small
Position Room Breakfast
Wi fi was always cutting out Had to log in after each use Would be nice to make a cup of tea when we liked .
Great location, close to metro Friendly and helpful staff
Showers, were small Double room was quite small, triple was better
Very well located, close to the main tourist points in the town and next to the metro station.
The breakfast was not comparable to others in Italy.
Delighted with the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Lovely room and beautiful bathroom. Room / bathroom spotlessly clean . Quiet convenient location for sites restaurants etc. Thoroughly recommend.
The staff was amazing, they help and answer for any question with smily face. I like those people. Thank you.
Mostly nothing really.
Good location, some of the staff were excellent, others not so good.
The WiFi system here is terrible, you need a seperate code for each device it only lasts 24 hours and you need to get another access code. Each time your device goes to sleep you need to re-enter the access code. Its 2014 they need to get a better system, like all the other Hotels we stayed at in Italy.
The day reception staff was helpful and friendly when I checked in/out.
we paid a lot of money for a very small room with a view of a wall...very claustrophobic! I was getting my two children ready for a wedding reception and as one of them wasn t staying in the hotel, I was told on the phone I only had 10 mns to do so and then he couldn t stay longer as he was not a resident(9 years old!)!....come on!I would not stay there again.
The ideal location in the center. Very friendly service. One of the employees Mr. Andrew was very helpful. No problems with the Internet.
Very resonable location, close to fontana di trevi and Metro Barberini. Good breakfast(usually Italian breakfasts are awfully small).
Would expect slightly higher standard from 4 stars hotel. Would give 3 decent stars to this location.
location. staff was ok.
broken sink repaired with glue in a very awful way.. it looked like a third world restroom... it's a 4 stars hotel for god's sake! Breakfast very poor, bad food, awful coffee, bad service. they shut off electricity at 12:00pm when they agreed upon late checkout at 1pm. bed was on wheels, so very difficult to sleep in it.. it was moving all over the place.. no complimentary toothbrush.. really?!?
nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room.
The location is a bit hard to find, and the WiFi need to be reconnected every few hours.
Location is great.
Room was too small. Sometimes had hot water problem. Could not regulate the temperature in the room.
Good breakfast Good place. Perfect. Good reception with a preaty girl. Perfect clean room. Easy to find it and everything are close to you.
We hear the French guy near our room when he make sex with his wife. Bad sound protect She scream a lot.
Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
The staff was helpful and very pleasant. Additionally, the location was great to see the sites of that part of Rome; a very nice walk to all of them!
Location was excellent, room was spacious, nice and clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.
I liked that the hotel was near the center and close to major sightseeing locations. The staff was friendly and always trying to satisfy our needs.
Do not take the hotel cab from/to the airport. It's more expensive than normal taxi and our experience made that we almost had 4 accidents on the way to the hotel. The room was smaller that imagined and the TV didn't have a remote button for ON/OFF. No view on the terrace, there was a corporate building in front of us.
The location was perfect and very clean too.
Room was very hot we had to ask 3 times to turn heat down.
location is really great, and the commadities worked perfectly. I liked the freakfast, though it didn't seem much creative - but coffee was always tasty, and croissants were fresh.
2 things proved dissapointing: 1) no daylight in the room, and in the dining-room either, 2) first couple of days of our staying the was no wifi, and nobody could help, and only when the manager (or the owner?) rebooted the router, it worked, more or less, though inserting long and sophisticated logins and password twice or thrice a day was not a very pleasant job
Location and clean, helpfull staff....
There are inside rooms without window, do not choose them, other room that we stayed has a problem about air condition system or air circulation system, it was always smell smoking although reception said it is non smoking floor..
Overall experience was good and we would recommend Memphis Hotel to everybody looking for decent quality in affordable price level. The staff was very helpful and approachable. Excellent coffee - but it's Italy after all ;)
The cumbersome WiFi access spoiled all the fun of having it available. Please - one login per room with EASY password to type!!
