Hotel Mercedes  

Incredible view of Lake Garda from even a standard room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Showers had hot water and good water pressure with lovely thick white towels changed daily if we wanted. The dining room overlooks the swimming pool and the entire Lake. Only a 15-min walk from town - Limone was definitely the best place to stay on the Lake and we would return to the Mercedes Hotel if we went back. Staff speak German and English as well as Italian.

Not all rooms have air conditioning - although the Lake breeze kept the room airy and it wasn't really necessary. As we were only in the 2-star annexe we didn't have an electric kettle for tea making, but the amazing view made up for everything!

Если брать улучшеный номер - отличный вид. Неплохой завтрак. Хорошая цена в баре отеля. 15 мин пешком от центра города. Есть басейн и бесплатный гараж для авто.

Реальная цена ночи в отеле - 40-50 евро. В отеле нит ничего кроме вида из балкона. Отель закрывается в 23,00 и всех гостей выгоняют по номерам. Нет интернета в номерах. Номера - на советский лад - стул и кровать... Телевизор очень старый, пульт от него не работал. Без машины делать совершенно нечего.

Tenía una buena vista, pero luego descubrí que muchos hoteles aunque estén lejos de la costa del lago tiene igual a mejor vista. The hotel has nice view, but I discovered later that many hotels, even farther from the cost of the lake, has the same view or some times better because the view is broader.

Desastroso. La dueña que renta el hotel es una persona muy maleducada. Llegamos al hotel dejamos las vailijas y salimos a cenar. A la vuelta intentamos ducharnos y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la ducha estaba rota. De muy mala gana vino la dueña con un repuesto y no lo supo arreglar. Mi marido cambio el repuesto esa noche. Unos días después, no andaba internet y la dueña me dijo que funcionaria a las 7 am porque el hotel estaba cerrado hasta el otro día. Le comenté mi molestia y me dijo que si quería podía irme cuando quisiera porque además le habías roto la ducha al llegar!!! Nos fuimos del hotel al siguiente día. El desayuno pésimo. El café de maquina soluble (instantáneo) con gusto quemado. A pocos metros esta el bar donde tiene una maquina expreso que, debes pagarlo!!!. Muy notorio que solo le importa hacer ganancias sin el mas mínimo respeto por el pasajero. Disaster!. The owner who rents the hotel is a very rude person. We arrived at the hotel and went out for dinner. On the way back we tried to shower and surprise! the shower was broken. Very reluctantly came the owner with a spare and she did not know repair it. My husband offer help and he changed the shower that night. A few days later, internet wasn´t work and the lady walked me said it was because the hotel was closed and not opened until 7 am in the following day. I told her my discomfort and she answer me we can leave the hotel any time because she knew we has broken the shower!!!!!! We left the hotel next day. The breakfast was lousy. The coffee was soluble from a coffee machine . A few meters away it is the bar where you could have a real expresso from espresso machine, obviously you have to pay for it. Is too much obvious she's training earn money without any care or respect to the guests.

Die Zimmer, die Aussicht, der Pool

Der Kaffee, (Aus dem Automat und Grauenvoll). Es gibt aber für 1,80€ einen super leckeren Capucino. Personal als etwas mürrisch aber sonst O.K.

Komfortní ubytování, přátelský personál. Výhled na jezero s terasou. Klimatizace. Cenově i obsahově výhodná polopenze. Možnost využití hotelového bazénu, přijatelná blízkost veřejné pláže u jezera. Klidné místo a to přesto, že je v blízkosti komunikace. Dostupnost centra Limone příjemnou procházkou. Bezproblémové parkování v kryté garáži.

Provozní hotelu by neměla využívat zařízení pro hosty - bazén a terasu.

Die groden Zimmer im 3*-Bereich waren echt Klasse. Das Hotel ist ein eher kleineres Hotel im Vergleich zu den anderen und daher auch sehr gemütlich im Poolbereich und im Restaurant. Der Blick auf den See, der Weg zum Hotel durch die Olivenhaine ist einfach nur fantastisch. Im Hotel selbst wurden jeden Tag die Zimmer gereinigt, selbst wenn man nur eine Woche Urlaub macht, werden zwischendurch Betten neu bezogen und Handtücher geschwechselt. Die Poolanlage war immer sauber, dass Wasser im Pool sauber und klar.

Die Halbpension gestaltete sich als 4Gänge-Menü, dort kommt ein Buffettessen für weniger Geld am Abend vielleicht etwas besser.

Kein Licht auf dem Balkon

Bzgl. Frühstück hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet - Brötchen waren hart, Kaffee war nicht wirklich gut, Teller/Gläser/Brötchen/Wurst/.... Fehlten immer wieder mal, ....

Blízkost veřejné pláže(kaménková), dostupnost městečka Limone krátkou procházkou.

Pokoje bez klimatizace nemají ani stropní větrák, což představuje v teplém počasí problém (pokoje v přístavbě hotelu).

Lite hårda sängar det enda jag kan klaga på.

Personnel très dévoué. Excellente situation face au lac. Situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre, permet un séjour au calme. Très belle prestation en demi pension, à un tarif très abordable.
