The room service in the hotel was excellent - fantastic food!

There is nothing about the hotel we particularly disliked but the room itself was small and basic and there was only a small window letting in natural light.

construction site next to breakfast terrace , bar terrace not open for apéritif. stairway was not once cleaned during our 3 days stay

The hotel is well located with easy access to transfer to the airport (alibus) and central station. Location seems quite safe and near tourist attractions.

Breakfast a little too expensive.

Location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Felt safe at night.

Rooms were stuffy, air con didn't work. There was a loud incinerator like noise all night.

Twice I found in my room hair from other people in the rest room. Probably, the cleaners transferred them from other rooms while they were using the same tools in all rooms.

Room was clean & modern.

Room was extremely hot no air con working. Complained 3 times & nothing done. Had to open window which was next to roof to air con units & very noisy. Staff indifferent there was no warmth or friendliness. Poor understanding of English. Poor area next to Port away from central Naples .

The staff didn't appear to have a sense of urgency to help guests. There were a number of us milling about to check-in and only one staff member to help. The other staff were standing around and didn't either know what to do or were not authorized to help anyone.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable, with excellent toiletries available as well as a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide choice available. The location is very central and convenient.

Parcheggio esterno ed a pagamento. Il prezzo del parcheggio e' stato, comunque, entro il range atteso (EUR 20) e la posizione dello stesso dall'altro lato della strada. Parking was external and not free. Price of parking was, anyhow, within industry average for hotels and location of parking is just across the street.

No carpet flooring in the standard room. All refurbished. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room was quiet. Staff helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good, esp. if spent on the nice terrace overlooking the Maschio Angioino. The location is super as it is not in a too busy area and sea and restaurants are near by. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms.

The view from the room was pretty horrible but I guess when in Napoli you should spend most of the time outside.

Exceedingly efficient & helpful staff on reception.

Did not like the fact that the bed sheet did not actually Wrap around the sides of the mattress. It only covered the top and tucked in at the ends so it did not stay in place and you ended up sleeping on the mattress cover.

Room was new, very nice and clean. Breakfast in the terrace was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and efficient. The room was attractive - modern furnishings in quality materials.

The bed had a plastic undersheet. I got overheated and did not sleep at all well. Other hotels do not feel the need to do this and there are washable mattress protectors which would be an improvement, especially in such a hot climate.

Very well located. Near to the city centre and near the harbour, if you are going to the islands.
