Very nice bathroom. Good location. Comfortable and nice hotel.

1) The bed was located directly opposite the door - which was a bit strange and made the sleep a bit uncomfortable. 2) the conditioning did not really work, and the room was very hot at night. Opening a window is hardly an option as the street is very noisy even during a night.

Location: close to the train station, to the bus stop to the airport, 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, and 10 minutes walking to the funicular to the Citta Alta. Confortable room and very friendly staff. They provided excellent indicacions for restaurants and reserved a taxi for the morning the day before perfectly on time. Very good value for price.

The breakfast starts at 7.00 AM, what can be not the best for some early flights from Bergamo.

The location was very good for us as we wanted to be close to the train station.

The bathroom floor and wall tiles looked old and worn and we were given only one large and one small towel between us.

The location of the hotel is ok, breakfast was fine.

Really great hotel, I loved the modern style and the room was spacious, clean & comfy. The location was perfect, very central. The price was also very good and reasonably. The staff were extremely helpful and catered to our every need, I couldn't have asked for more!

Air con noisy.

Very good staff and in a very convienient position for both the station and the Citta Alta. Fairly large rooms and full bathroom. The free internet was very fast and worked very well. its on the main avenue of Bergamo and near all the shops.

Receptionists were quiet helpful. They look very tired but had great motivation. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The Hotel is by the street, windows are OK but not sound-proof.

Clean , good staff, good location.

Very convenient for bus and rail links. easy to get to old upper town by bus and funicular or easy walk to funicular. We had a room in the roof which was fine but could have done with more lighting as it was quite dark. breakast was fine and Bergamo was lovely.Would definately recommend it.

Friendly staff. Hotel in center of city, close to the stop of the #1 bus going between airport and old town.

Cleanliness was an issue: though our room has obviously been cleaned, so much grime and spots accumulated over time, that the rooms and corridors are in dire need of a refurbishment. This feeling was made worse by the solid silver/blue/whatever color scheme of the room and bathroom. (But this may be the norm in Mercure hotels?) Also, our room did not feel having anything beyond a 3-star standard.
