Bardzo uprzejma obsługa baru. Dobra lokaliacja hotelu - pieszo zaledwie kilka minut od dworca kolejowego, skad jest bardzo wygodne połączenie autobusowe z lotniskiem. Dodatkowo dobra lokalizacja w miescie. Zaskoczenie przy platnosci gotowka. Musielismy poczekac na rozmienienie pieniedzy. Brak restauracji - wieczorem funkcjonował tylko bar z napojami, nie mozna bylo niczego zjesc. |

The atmosphere and asthetics were very pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Staff were all professional and friendly. Room was comfortable, modern, classy and quiet! Wonderful stay for us! The breakfast offerings were superb and waiting staff exquisite. |

To much noise in the room from the ventilation system and it was hard to sleep well and we had to turn it off. But then it became to hot in the room and still hard to sleep. And open the window was not to think about. |

location was excellent . rooms and staff first class breakfast food. continental kept running out and i had to ask for the food to be supplied (bacon, bread etc .) not enough choice of cereals(only 1) |

Comfortable and convenient Room was very dark, not enough lights, and was painted blue. Difficult to find, as it was not well signed, the Best Western on the same block stood out, this one you had to be outside to recognise it. |

Sightseeing/meals out/taking in the culture/relaxing No facilities within your room to make a cup of tea/coffee. (some people soemtimes wake up in the middle of the night or cannot get to sleep and would like to have a hot drink at hand). |

Our bedroom was absolutely lovely, on the top floor with high cealing and a big balcony with view on the Alta Citta. Very clean and stylish, we were really impressed by the high standart of the room for the value. The location was also perfect, few minutes walk from the train station as we were just spending the night between 2 flights, but would be perfect for a stay in the city. The bar was really small and not really appealing unfortunately. |

I'll never be a guest here anymore. The stay was pleasant, but once back home I found an email in my inbox. The concierge was notifying me that I was supposed to have taken stuff from the room minibar, accounting for 29€. They wanted me to provided another creditcard because they already tried to charge the cc used to reserver, but it did not work. Useless to say, I did not even open the fridge in my room. The following day I had to phone 'em, and all I was said was "Sorry, wrong room number. Things that happen". Well, they're not supposed to happen in a 4* hotel that asks 100€ per night. |

The place is 15 minutes from the Orio al Serio Airport and 100 mt from the rail station: bus network is also very helpful and well timed. |

The efficient staff. The lovely clean spacious room. The position of the hotel. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Bergamo and this one was a pleasant surprise. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. |

we had a modern and stylish bedroom but it was also comfortable and spacious. the facilities in the room were very good. hotel was a good location for travellers. the double glazing effectively eliminated any noise from the busy street below. the dining area looked small so we decided not to have breakfast there in the morning (though we had a fairly early start and had already thought we would leave before we had breakfast) |
