Room was cleaned very well each day. Wifi is free, just have to ask for recharge cards. 2 bottles of water free each day. Sauna is good even though it's small. Front desk staff were very helpful! Nice & quiet neighbourhood. Hotel is value for money I think. No restaurant within the hotel but there are few good ones in the local area. Overall, hotel location is far from main attractions. Nearest Metro station is Bologna but 1km away from hotel. For the bus, tickets must be pre-paid which can be bought at a newspaper stall 10 mins walk away from the hotel on Corso Trieste and bus 38 (Termini) or 88 (Flaminio/Popolo) directly across from the stall.

A very comfortable and quiet room and a great base for our trip to Rome. The hotel is in a really nice residential area with some good restaurants nearby. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the metro which got you in to town quickly. The walk was shortened to 5 minutes if we caught the 310 bus to the metro and the bus goes quite frequently. The comfort of this hotel made the trip in worth it as you would easily spend more to stay closer but in something not as nice.

Clean, comfortable and quiet with a good selection for breakfast. Away from the city centre but frequent bus service nearby. Good, reasonably-priced restaurants close to hotel. More information about local transport would be welcome.

Lo que no me ha gustado es que se equivocaron al hacer mi check out,y me cobraron 349 e que era el importe a pagar,pero antes me pasaron la tarjeta y me hicieron una preautorizacion por ese importe,eso supone que durante 10 días no puedo usar ese dinero,mi dinero es decir me cobraron 700 e de una tacada,si un error,pero un abuso,y tuve que llamar al hotel una vez en Madrid para que me devolvieran ese dinero,,,,y tampoco me parece justo k me bloqueen 106 e el valor de una noche,,,,y me lo devuelvan 10 días después,,habiendo ya pagado la habitación.Me gusto el trato de l sttaff,salvo la perdona que me hico el checo out

Quartos muito limpos, atendimento muito bom. A localização do hotel não é muito boa, fica longe das estações de metro, o melhor transporte era ônibus coletivo, porém quando não se conhece a cidade pode complicar um pouco.

Met de bus redelijk goed bereikbaar; ongeveer 10 minuten ten noorden van station termini beriekbaar met bus 90. Keurig typisch "Mercure hotel" ligt niet in de binnenstad maar is met de bus redelijk goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijke bediening. Rustieg wijk; Hotel is westers, proper, schoon, met airco.
