hurtig check ind og ud. Det var styr på bestilling, aldrig tvivl om prisen. Fed beliggenhed og fed udsigt fra svømmepølen.Sikkerhed omkring pool helt i top. Et sted jeg vil komme igen og vil anbefale andre. Aircon skal måske lige checkes op. Den var ikke helt optimal i det varme vejr. |

Tagterrassen var fantistisk om aftenen (ihvertfald hvis man rejser alene og godt vil ha' en drink til en god bog i den lune sommeraften). Sætte prisen lidt ned på deres morgenmadsbuffet (= droppe deres 'to go' morgenmads-valg) og lade det være en del af værelses prisen. Fint med musik til morgenmaden, drink etc. - genren skulle måske være tilpasset tidspunktet på døgnet lidt bedre (lidt for heavy musik kl. 9 om morgenen) |

Venligt personale. Udmærket service. God udsigt. Nogle af værelserne virker indelukkende, idet der er plexi-glas foran vinduerne. |

This hotel had a great location close to the Colosseum. It was also convenient that car parking facilities were available. I would recommend this hotel. |

The staff were attentive and able to answer all questions regarding our stay and sight seeing. rooms were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows. |

It isn´t like any other Mercure. The room is too small. The bathroom is terrible - the box is 65 x 65 cn!! |

Location was great. In between A and B line metro stops. Definitely did not deserve four star hotel rating. Older hotel in need of repair and updating. Even a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting would do wonders. Good for stopping in between outtings but not a hotel you're going to lounge around in. |

Proximity to Colosseum and Metro Line B, Lobby area was clean, staff was helpful and was willing to put us up in a better room after we complained, decent rooftop hangout area, timely room service Definitely not 4 starts by US standards. This hotel felt like a Best Western we stayed in Hershey, PA. Reasons: Tiny single rooms and ours was not clean including wall marks and dirty carpets. Air conditioning inadequate in single rooms and acceptable in double rooms. Expensive breakfast buffet (15 euros). Dirty looking carpets on hotel room floors including stain marks. uncomfortable bed (2 twin beds pushed together). Tiny pool and not very clean. |

The location is exquisite, neat Colosseum and the centre. The staff is insufficient for the top floor bar. The roof pool is 50cm deep, not even a child can swim. |

It was central for theRoman sites of Rome. The coffee machine in lounge rarely had coffee in and would have preferred coffee machine in room. |

the pool and bar on the rooftop Carpets in room were filthy and aircon was broken but we were provided with a fan. Breakfast and rooftop drinks are too expensive. |

Very helpful staff. Great location for visiting the wonderful sights and also for shopping. The pool and sun terrace provided opportunity to relax and do nothing. Shower was tiny |

Good location, close to main attractions. Staff were courteous and helpful, although some guests would disagree. Price of drinks was very expensive. Lack of staff available to serve drinks was evident in a wait for 30 minutes before being served. Pool very small and not really fit for anyone other than young children |

This hotel is only 200 metres from the Colosseum and has a small swimming pool on the roof with a view of it. The room was small and the carpet was not very clean. |

close to Colosseo, close to public transport (metro from Termini station), walking distance old city centre breakfast not included, buffet breakfast 15 euro expensive, but fast breakfast at the bar also possible and for 6 euro |
