Overall nice hotel and most of staff very nice! good location clean great views two issues one the breakfast is a joke! There is never any food ready on the buffet so u must wait and when u ask the staff are so rude. The lady with the v short hair and some waiter. Called Simone . We were there at 9:30 ( buffet over at 10:30) and all the food was gone and we were told no more was coming!! With no further explanation!! Thats it basically have some cheese! Despite taking 15€ each of us! This is the reason I won't b returning to this hotel! I was 4 mths pregnant at the time so couldn't eat the partially cooked runny scrambled egg but I didn't feel like I could ask for it to b well cooked:( the other staff however were great particularly the lovely lady on reception and in the rooftop pool

Location Very small room and bathroom. Bad conditioning. Bad smell in the room. Not clean room. If you use the shower every body in the street will see you. Also, the water will reach your bed.

Good hotel with friendly, helpful staff located in a great location. Good selection of food for breakfast plus gluten free food available on request. Roof top pool and bar area excellent place to relax after touring the city. Bathrooms are very small. A large person would have diffuculty using the area. Double glazing would be an advantage to reduce the traffic noise at night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had booked room with breakfast as it is 15e a person. Easy to get to cities main attractions from hotel as we did walk to most. Air conditioning was not very good as it could not get room cool enough.

Loved the location - you really do see the Colosseum as the pictures show. Staff were great, service was good. We didn't go for the €15 breakfast - rooftop bar does juice, coffee & pastry for €6 or there are lots of cafe options nearby. Don't forget (sadly we did) that most of Rome is shut on 15 August. Hotel is a little worn at the edges, one lift & wifi weren't always working, air-con was running but room still at 26°C when temp outside 32°C - but this is Italy.

The hotel is located really near one of the main tourist attractions in Rome. Our room had a great view of Colosseo. Friendly and polite staff. Good bar. Water and air weren't hot enough, it was cold during the night. The bathroom curtain was torn and stinking.

This hotel is not worth staying at. The rooms are not well kept, the staff are not helpful and we had several probelms when staying there. When I go back to Rome I will stay elsewhere. Was a very disappointing stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing rome. It had a wonderful roof top pool in sight of the colosseum. The breakfast was always well stocked & the food good. Pleasant staff, upon arrival when booking in they gave us each a complimentary public transport ticket which was an all day ticket, which was a nice touch (ticket price was only €4, but still a nice touch). When you used the rooftop pool they provided poolside towels. However that fact was not well publicised. We told several guests who arrived with thier room towels. The roof top bar prices were among the highest we paid whilst in rome. The issuing of poolside towels would have been useful to know at the point of booking. We actually packed beach towels which we took to rome, our weight allocation for luggage was pretty tight would have been nice to have known ahead of time. Not a complaint I hasten to add just an observation which may be useful to pass on
