recently refurbished, helpful staff.
Tap water tastes festy -unusual for Rome, where water is normally very tasty
Everything I think that it is very good for the prix that I pay
Convenient location, nice modern hotel, bus and train stop directly out the front.
The location was excellent, close to the colosseum and the metro! The breakfast was really tasty & had a good variety, lovely pastries, croissants, pancakes, waffles, fruit, cereals, cheeses, hams and salamis! Staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean! Overall I was really impressed and would definitely stay again!
Because my stay was in January the roof too terrace was closed, this was a shame as it was warm enough to sit up there, and it would have been lovely to enjoy a drink overlooking the coloseum.
Could not wish for better position. Close to bus, train and tram routes, with great view of Colosseum. Staff friendly and all amenities as expected
Parking garage a bit dark and difficult to drive in, (breakfast one day only) was a problem as it was full.
Staff was very helpful on problems. Location of the hotel is good being close to Colosseum.
The variety of food in the breakfast can be widened thinking of customers coming from countries with different cuisines.
The staff were excellent, we asked for an espresso machine and robes and slippers to be out in our room and they sorted it within the hour!
Air con wasn't very good
wifi not working so well
The hotel is super close to the Colosseum (3 mins). The rooms are very clean with a kettle and some coffee/tea facilities. The bathroom was clean. The wifi works very well even though you have to re-enter the code every day (valid for 24h only) but it's free. Staff is very friendly, gave us an idea where to eat close by.
There can be some noise from the street.
Modern (bath) room facilities
Breakfast space is a bit too small. Regular traffic jams but staff very helpful trying to cope.
Walking distance to main railway stations. Very confortable beds to sleep after a good tour of Rome, close to good reasonable road side restaurants.
Liked every thing. The shower cubicle tray could be given a good scrub with a sprey of bleach around the edges. The ever silver bathroom ware need a dusting every day to keep the shine.
Location is about the best you can get as a tourist Friendly staff Comfortable beds and clean, modern rooms
The last 2 days of our stay the airco gave up and it become very hot at night Walls are thin, you can easily hear everything of the guest in the rooms next door
Swimming pool closed whenever I tried using it
The terrace was fantastic and the staff serving up there were very attentive. Being able to eat meals, especially breakfast, on the roof was wonderful.
Location, location, location! We were in room 203 and had a great partial view of the Colosseo. Fantastic! I do recommend that room. We also liked the design of the rooms and bathrooms; the room was large, for European standards; geat space distribution; the lighting; the breakfast buffet was good (though pricey @ €16/person); free wi-fi for as many devices as we had (we had 2 phones, 2 iPads and a laptop ... yeah, I know). The staff were great. All in all, excellent value for money.
The hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Wi-fi is a bit weak. The noise coming from Via Labicana can keep some people awake (not me, I slept just fine). You have to request more towels. I am really making an effort to remember things I didn't like.
The location is really good as closed to the Coliseo and the tube station. You have a lovely view on the roof top about the Coliseo. Staff very friendly.
It was a bite noisy when we were in the room (outside noices)
Location Room Staff WIFI in the room view to colosseo
Location. Views. Roof top pool and bar.
Location was great. Facilities good.
Bar is expensive.
Great hotel, great location, loved the rooftop bar overlooking Colosseum & pool
As a group of girls we shared rooms, great rooms although sofa bed could have been better. Only a minor comment really!!
Easy walk to colosseum and metro. Good base for sightseeing. Lovely to have use of pool and end of day. Loved the rooftop bar at night. Really comfy beds.
Room was rather small and really designed for business users. No drawers for clothes. Strange balcony enclosed in glass so unable to use it.
The hotel was amazing excellently positioned near sights, room was very nice
Price of breakfast. For the price you didn't get much really.
Fast and effective check-in & out Friendly, professional staff Nice Italian breakfast on the panoramic roof terrace Free, daily replenished still and sparkling water
Tiny room and bathroom Small window, room was dark Room was dusty No body lotion, cotton buds, etc. Difficult to get to the other parts of city (Trastevere, Navona, Pantheon) Wi-fi required log in every time
Location next to Colloseum is great; rooms have been completely refurbished - they are small but very comfortable. Nice rooftop terrace with bar for chill out. Pool - small, but great for a dip on a hot summer day!
If you want to stay in a neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants for nightlife this is not the place - but, a taxi will take you there in less than 10 mins and set you back 12Euro
Easy walk from station and colosseum as well as places to eat. View from pool amazing, we had a night flight, checked out then hung by the pool and in the lounge area, they booked us a cab to the airport.
Breakfast is overpriced but there is a cafe across the road.
