Lovely staff, great location, very easy to reach from the autostrada without crossing into any restricted zones (ztl) and the hotel offers easy on-site parking. Yet it's only a few minutes walk to all the historic sights, shopping and the theater. Wi-fi was excellent. Reggio 'nell Emilia is a wonderful town. The hotel is surrounded by places where you can buy an inexpensive coffee and rudimentary breakfast, so go at your own risk if opting to pay for the pricey hotel breakfast. It is typical of any Italian hotel breakfast, and most people will not think it is worth the extra euros charged for the convenience. We did, but the price is a bit dear.

The hotel was very close to the old town centre. Just 3 minutes walk. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Car parking on site was good.

Excellent, friendly and helpful reception staff. Very efficient taxi ordering system (taxi's arrived in less than 5 minutes). Nice location next to main park. Hotel Airconditioning had been switched off as, from a local perspective it was getting cold, (daytime temperature was 22c). Could have done with a few more English language tv channels - only bbc World News and cnn were available. Meals in the Restuarant & Bistro were a bit expensive (but very good quality)

It was fantastic how it was in the center of the town. 2 minutes to amzing gelato, oveerlooked the fountains, the staff were very friendly and accomidating

I have stayed here many times and it is always a joy - very good value for money, the staff are very friendly, inall it is a lovely hotel. Reggio Emilia itself is a lovely town, being a University town it is a lively place.

The Hotel is very close to the town centre so is ideally placed for a night wandering around by foot. A park area is next door so views from the room were very peaceful. The staff were very attentive and professional. The room its self was of a very high standard with comfortable beds and a good shower. Parking beside the front doors is free and secure, reception control entry by an electric barrier. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Given the special rate we paid for the room it was exceptionally good value. Very happy to recommend it and will stay again when next in the area. Thank you.
