Great Location. But next to the rail way line and our room could shake when heavy train was passing. But surprisingly it was not too noisy and we were fine.There is a free shattle bus service between this hotel and the other Mersure hotel in the city but only at night. |

Good location, clean and quiet. After whoIe day walking and arriving in the evening we tried to order hot tea three times -> each time lady from the desk/phone said tea is arriving, but obviously no one came. We decided to go out and drink in bar. |

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and no-where near the Accor standard - no ventillation in bathroom so it stank, air conditioning didnt function, carpet well past its replacement date and bed atrocious. Definitely not 3 star. |

I was overjoyed when i heard the receptionist talking in english.She was very friendly.The room was clean and nicely designed.We were given a free courtesy trip to the centre of Napoli that we really appreciated.The hotel is not far from the station.The breakfast was very good and had a wide choice of food and the waitress was very polite and helpful and with a sweet smile on her face. The room was very small.The internet service was too expensive. |

I came from Capri to Napoli that evening and needed an unexpensive hotel to spend the night before my flight in the morning. Murcury was just perfect for that. When I got in to my room the TV displayed a welcome sign with my name on it. I thought it was very sweet. It was much further from the the historic center that it had been advertised |

Great room but the location was a bit strange. Foreigners who are not familiar with Southern Europe might be a little bit afraid of going to hotel late at night. But we did not experience any problems, we liked the location and the people around. |

Convenient for a day trip or a night before a flight as close to main train station/ bus stop. Meets general expectations from Mercure hotels. Breakfast is 9 Euros if not included. |

It was insde the city centre, really cheap and available during the high cost period of the summer! I would really recommend it to anybody who just needs a clear and cheap place to sleep and a very clean bathroom! although i did not have a problem in the communication , i think that the staff in the reception should talk better english! |

Right near the train station where the shuttle service to the airport is. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the other Mercure hotel which right in the city's centre. |
