We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hermaea and found everything to our liking. It was spacious, staff were friendly and restaurant very good. Free parking was a bonus in a towm setting. Nothing!

The service was excellent especially Giovanni on reception. The location suited us perfectly with secure parking and within easy reach of Golfo Aranci. Large room and bathroom. Room 329. Only pizzeria available in hotel rather than restaurant. Shuttle bus to beach not running in May

Very good restaurant, enjoyable meals and very pleasant staff. Good front desk staff. Very modern design hotel . Two lifts not working and Roof Garden not available for use. Two areas to sit outside (for smokers) but nowhere to sit in the sun. Spa has pool (not for swimming) and it costs 15 euros for one and half hours for relaxing pool, steam room and sauna for hotel guests .Very litlle storage in room for clothing as shelves in wardrobe taken up with fridge and safe. Mirrors not in best place for ladies make up routine.

Very confortable bed and room in general. Good breakfast. Nice staff at the reception, always willing to help. Fabulous SPA! We had a fantastic time and the staff didn't even push us to leave when our time was over. The carpet on the floor was not in the best conditions. Not nice to put your naked feet on a floor full of stains. For the rest, everything great.

Very nice hotel on a perfect location for the boats to and from Italy.Good restaurant, helpful and adequate reception. More eye for detals on the rooms (bidet not working, broken strip on the floor). We had two diners of high quality with one exception: the starter with artichoke with Buttarga is really terrible(not the buttarga)!! Remove from menu and chef should taste this!

Really good hotel very modern + comfortable good friendly staff. Location not ideal between railway + flyover however it was not noisy and a 10 min walk you are in the town centre.

Large room on the 4 th floor.rooms clean.very convenient location for the train station.hotel is extremely well designed.stafff at reception desk extremely helpful and friendly. No heating on in bathroom so bathroom very cold.no free wi fi,which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!

Gostamos das acomodações, restaurante e amabilidade dos funcionários. Excelente localização para diversos locais da Costa Esmeralda. A lavanderia de uma grande rede de hotéis, deveria se preocupar em tirar as manchinhas das roupas pelas quais foram mandadas lavar.
