the hotel is a very well run hotel and everything that we were told about our stay happened as promised. The staff were very helpful. It was generic of most hotels of its type. There was nothing unique about the hotel. But I can not complain about this. |

There was a good variety of food at breakfast which was very good. Good location. Helpful reception staff. Room was clean. Shower door did not keep the water in well so the bathroom floor would get very wet after a shower. Toilet not well designed - it was difficult to get in and out of the shower. Wireless internet facilities were not working at the time of my stay. |

The location was fine once we found the correct bus to get there from the train station. When we arrived, the electrical appliances did not work. Therefore, we were unable to use the TV or minibar. When we advised staff about this, they were most unfriendly and not very willing to help. Thus we had a very uncomfortable stay and felt very unwelcome. Breakfast does not start at 6:30am, as quoted. We also tried emailing them but they gave us the wrong address. |

Location close to the port where you take the ferry and breakfast was excellent as well. The rooms need some work, paint was peeling on the walls. Need some maintenance. |

Fairly extensive breakfast buffet, daily newspaper, very comfortable location in town; a decent room was finally assigned following our complaint; too bad this had to happen as former guests seem to have had the same problem; such "attic" rooms should not be assigned - they do not reflect the price that is asked and the discomfort is too high in any way. Got small "attic room" on 8th floor (highest!) with mini bathroom; various defects in installation; deafening central airconditioning. Info at desk was photocopy and not readable; "non-smoker" room with ashtray + traces of burned cigarette; dirty carpet; leaking shower inundating bathroom; insufficient service at breakfast incl. uncleared tables/unrefilled buffet; not all personnel friendly. |

The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. |

Hotel Garibaldi takes its name from Palermo’s famous theatre, located directly opposite. Modern and stylish, it is one of the only hotels in the city to offer free indoor parking. |

Savour a rich breakfast from the rooftop terrace of Hotel Porta Felice in central Palermo, where you will be near Foro Italico, the Botanical Gardens, and the seaside promenade. |
The hotel lives up to its name as it is located in the centre of the city, close to many transport links and is just 150 metres away from the central train station. |
