Location of the hotel is very good, since it is a short walk from the city centre and in a quiet and "safe" area of Palermo. Breakfast is wonderful: very rich, plenty of homemade cakes and with many sicilian specialities. The furniture of the rooms is very stylish and modern. Very valuable for monery (compared to other hotels or B&B, we paid almost nothing). The hotel has no parking. There is a nearby parking place, but it costs 15 euro for 24 hours. The staff at the reception is not very kind and for sure not professional. |

Mattress was well over due for replacement and a/c was not giving requested temperature. Maintenance personnel came when we were leaving. |

Good situation near the centre. The rooms were very dirty: shower with a lot of mould (that came out easily, it means they don't even clean the showers), dirty floor and very dirty walls (they should be repainted). Air conditioning very noisy, and it didn't work as we indicated. Some of the staff was unfriendly. |

nice rooms, large rooms, nice breakfast, centrally located in palermo staff spoke very bad english so sometimes difficult to communicate, noise from the street. Rooms are large and good but in not isolated for outside noise. Since the hotel is in the center issolating the windows would be a good thing to do. |

The location is great as it is only a 5 min cab ride from the train station and a walk away from everything else in central palermo. The staff is helpful as well. The hotel bar drinks / food were fairly expensive compared to just going outside of the hotel. |

Great room, breakfast, location. The hotel could use better maintenance since in our room a curtain had been torn, the paint on the wall was chipping in some places and there was mould in the bathroom. |

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great value with offer from booking.com. Close to the port. would recommend anyone to go there! not within walking distance to train station. though there's bus 101/102 5-10min walk from the hotel |

Cleanliness..good location..very good breakfast. Fair reception upon arrival..We personally carried our luggage to our room, there werent any personnel to carry the luggage which was very weird..Same thing happened at the time of checkout...Expensive parking at the hotel, you need to find a parking spot in the street which isnt an easy thing at all cuz the area is somehow crowded with many shops.. |

Modern decoration and very good breakfast. Good location. No Internet free access and expensive payed one, walls should be paint, lifts are old and lenghty, parking costs 15 euros a day, the outside should be cleaned up, there were dirty dishes on the floorfrom the guests who had eat in their room and there was really nice people from the satff but also really unfrendly people too. |
