4 star hotel at 3 star price, good value for money.

location in the town center, short distance to the most of the tourist "must seen"

very noisy breakfast room - very expensive parking near by - I am surprised that this place gets a "Mercure" label. It rather looks low budget hotel

it's situated in the new town, had to walk a distance to the old town with all the attractions, or can take a bus ride. the fridge is not working coz the door is broken. the bed is not comfortable.

The rooms were lovely and the bed was comfy...the breakfast was also good.

The staff were polite but not overly friendly..this may have been the language barrier.

It is a very nice and modern hotel and I stayed there twice. All the staff speak english, they are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is good looking with the contemporary design of the rooms. You can find a hairdryer, normal shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom which are usable, the hotel serves a very nice breakfast which is really crucial while traveling. There is an underground parking wright in front of the building but you better have not a big car, otherwise it would not be possible to pass a narrow path to it.

There is no wi-fi in the room: neither free nor for charge, only cable internet is available, but you can find a free wi-fi in the lobby or use stationary i-macs there.

The room was really nice, modern and clean with 2 balconies and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food.

Staff at the front desk were stand-offish. Some of them had a habit of sneering when we asked a question. The rest of the hotel was nice so we just ignored them!
