The rooms were lovely and the bed was comfy...the breakfast was also good.

The staff were polite but not overly friendly..this may have been the language barrier.

It is a very nice and modern hotel and I stayed there twice. All the staff speak english, they are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is good looking with the contemporary design of the rooms. You can find a hairdryer, normal shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom which are usable, the hotel serves a very nice breakfast which is really crucial while traveling. There is an underground parking wright in front of the building but you better have not a big car, otherwise it would not be possible to pass a narrow path to it.

There is no wi-fi in the room: neither free nor for charge, only cable internet is available, but you can find a free wi-fi in the lobby or use stationary i-macs there.

The air conditioner didn't work and the room was super hot even turning off the heating.

The room was really nice, modern and clean with 2 balconies and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good with a large choice of food.

Staff at the front desk were stand-offish. Some of them had a habit of sneering when we asked a question. The rest of the hotel was nice so we just ignored them!

The good location and perfect interior design

parking car is not so convenient if you arrive too late.

We booked and prepaid a double room. When we arrived they gave us small room with narrow french bed. We could survive that but the fact that room was near elevator with small window facing internal iron stairs for stuff was was unbearable. It was as we were in noisy iron factory. Even though we protested they said that they are full and there is no alternative room. They gave us proper room next day but charged us full price. We advise that you check the room before you accept it.

Checking in/out staff behind the counter didn't seem to know or have the basic information, about the main attractions! This should be a basic requisite for this type of job role, as it is also a concierge job. It is recommended that the customer facing staff get more tourist guide type training. Rooms lacked basic information cards. It would be good if they served evening meals in the perfectly good dining room.

I am convinced it is one of the best hotel in Palermo. I felt safe myself, it is modern and close to the city centre.

Basically I was so happy to have found a good modern hotel in palermo, that I liked everything
