there are no public transport service passing by the hotel. one has to walk up to the city centre. the surrounding area where the hotel located is not nice. |

Quality of the food in the hotel restaurant could be better. Due to the open kitchen there was a lot of smoke in the dining room. |

A well-appointed hotel where I felt very comfortable indeed. The only meals I ate there were the breakfasts but they did put on an excellent buffet breakfast. On the whole, my impression was better than the English reviewers on the website. Not too much of a problem for me but it is a little detached from the main shopping area and walking to and from the main shopping area might not suit everyone. |

Rooms were enormous. We booked two for our family but frankly we could have fitted six people in one room with no trouble at all. Breakfast was a gourmet meal with lots of local produce. The views over the industrial heartland are perhaps not to everyones taste. |

Staff were very friendly, food was great, facilities excellent and an all round relaxing time, they let me use facilities till until 7.30 at night on day of departure as I had a overnight ferry to catch would highly recommend |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was held in or outside, the surroundings was lovely outside. The choice of food was excellent. The hotel was a little noisy, casued by hotel staff getting ready for breakfast. This might be more noticeable, as our room was on the first floor. |

Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante in camera "with compliments". Abbiamo segnalato l'episodio alla reception che ci ha informato che c'era stato un errore. Hanno ripreso la bottiglia ma non ci è stato offerto nulla. Forse un 4* poteva fare di meglio! |

Il comfort di un'ampia camera singola e di un comodo e ben attrezzato bagno(vasca teuco es.). Un cordiale personale alla reception. Un armadio in camera che non può accogliere abiti lunghi. La poca vicinanza al centro.Consiglierei un piccolo mezzo elettrico che accompagni gli ospiti in centro all'occorrenza. |

Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού και οι καταπληκτικοί του χώροι. Μια βίλλα αριστοκρατική με έμφαση στη γαλήνη και στην φιλική ατμόσφαιρα. Την σηματοδότηση για την είσοδο στο ξενοδοχείο όταν πλησιάζεις σ' αυτό και περισσότερη ποικιλία στον μπουφέ του πρωινού. |

Ci ha colpito positivamente la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, le camere molto spaziose e ben arredate, l'ampia possibilità di scelta per l'ottima prima colazione, l'ambiente esterno particolarmente bello e curato: il soggiorno in quest'hotel è stato felice e pienamente soddisfacente. Grazie. La zona circostante: è un peccato che si noti un certo degrado appena fuori dai muri di cinta, ma di questo non si può certo far carico ai responsabili dell'albergo. |
