The Hotel has beatifull gardens and a free outdoor swimming pool, very cozy and charming. It has also free parking and at the time we were there the access to the Internet was free (just for August). If you want to stay near the train station, you should definitely stay there, it's a 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpfull and could speak a understandble english. Attention: There are 2 diferent parts in the Hotel. One seems like the old part, where the rooms have the view to the railway and the decoration of the room is outdated and somehow old. And the other part, where you can have the view to the gardens and swimming pool and the rooms have an elegat modern design. -> The breakfast is not included, 9 euros per person -> The area around the hotel is a little bit "creepy"

Very nice and professional staff, excellent garden, perfect cleaning. Big rooms and comfortable bed. The location is 15-20 minutes by walk from the city center, so the taxi is usually better solution. One room was under reconstruction during my stay.

Very nice park and pool (though small) - hotel is used for wedding celebrations by italians during the week-end. Some of the rooms are renovated and thus very nice (others unfortunately very dated and would rather be found at a two star hotel) And although some of the pictures might be misleading (the ancient villa is not part of the building in which the hotel is located but part of the wedding/conference center) the room we had was very very nice. The first room (#519) we had unfortunately faced the railway tracks and the street, and was not nice at all- quite dated, uninspiring furniture and: loud (railway, street), windows though soundproof did not close totally due to age - so they could not protect against the noise - and this although at check in were told this would be a quiet room!!!! After we coumplained about the noise we got a very very very nice newly renovated room. Hotel is far too pricy for the fact that you might get one of the old rooms. Also beware that most of the rooms seem to be smoking- rooms as they had ashtrays and especially the first one had a weird smell. Windows however can be opened so no problem to get fresh air....

The quality of the food and beverages provided. In addition, that staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. The hotel lobbys need redecorating and the web site setting of the hotel and swimming pool is rather misleading as you are lead to belive that the pool is larger than it actually is.

The beautiful Garden around the hotel Location too far from the city and any means of public transportation. Taxis in Bari are too expensive. The staff also were not at the level of the Mercure staff in uae or Oman... I can say the same about the standing of the hotel itself.

Good location to stay in Bari. Just a 20 minute walk to the city centre but with the facilities of a country side hotel (swimming pool, nice park etc...). just make sure to have a room that looks out over the garden (and not over the railway) the hotel lounge and restaurant were not very attractive. We therefore didn't make use of them and went to the city centre to eat.

For business stay only. Great territory. No noise from neibhourhod coming. Jakuzzi. Big room. Good windows. The hotel is designed and maintained counting on business people needs sharp. Breakfast looks rich, but everithing is a veraiety of one other and are mostly the same.No eggs.Dishes look like have come from the supermarket, nothing home-baked and fresh. Mini-tomatos obviously from couple days ago. Nothing tasty, .Steel-and-plastic functional Interior. Zero hospitality Atmosphere more stock exenge like. I didn`t feel welcomed.

Everything was good - room, service, meals, Internet connections and parking. It really was a pleasant place to stay. I would gladly return for a business meeting, The hotel is located in a park-like area, but is surrounded by apartments and the railway yards. I know they cannot do much about that, but we would have been happier to stay either in the old city area or out in the countryside.

I thought the hotel was over rated and was more like a 3 star instead of a 4 star hotel. The room was outdated and breakfast was not included as advertised. For the price I expected more than what we got. There are nicer hotels than this one for the same or cheaper price.

We've stayed there only for one night and booked it because of a special offer on the booking.com. It's a 4-stars hotel, so it has all the amenities of a four-star-hotel. It is located quite far from the center but quite close to the railway station (ab. 10Min.walking). The wi-fi in the hotel is not free. No breakfast.

The breakfast was very good but rather expensive at 9 euros per person. The location is convenient to the train station but rather far from the old city. The nearby old villa was attractive for a drink or something. I expected a 4* Hotel and I would give it less than 3*. The room was very big with a "lovely" view of the railway tracks but without character. The furniture would best fit to a youth hostel. The lighting was so dim I couldn't work. I asked them to change the dead bulb above the table. After more than an hour I was told that there was nothing wrong with the bulb but something else was the problem. I had to move to a smaller room so I could have more light. The maid told me she couldn't understand why I was given that old room; she said they started to renovate the rooms. Another minus was that they charge 2 euros for 30' use of wi-fi.

The stuff is incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. The park around the hotel is beautiful and invites to have a little walk and explore the area. The hotel is in walkable distance from the very centre of Bari, but still feels like a island of peace in the middle of it. The rooms are big and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and even vegans or people with special diets can find a lot of things to eat. We stayed there for our wedding and were absolutely happy with our choice.
