Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was well organised and a plentiful good range of well prepared and presented food. Room temperature control was very good. Limited tv channel availability in English and there could have been some access to films free of charge and a film preview prior to purchase. |

Hotel was modern and clean.Location was quite good, close to city centre and to Navgli with Metro not too far away Room was far to small. Forever tripin over furniture and very little room for bags, clothing, etc |

The view from the hotel room and the quite room. Nice bathroom also. The matress!! Also, the tiny space you had in the room to move. During breakfast the hotel staff didn't bother with you at all.. Second night of my stay the TV just broke down... |

The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The towels and bedding were changed very regularly. Would really have liked to have a hot drink facility in the evening. |

Close to the centre and other interesting parts. At breakfast it was chaotic, not enough tables for the number of people and frequently replenishing of food was lacking. Basically the breakfast facilities could not cope with the number of people. |

Very nice situation for visit to city center. Available free internet connection but only 1h per day. It is necessary to pay extra cost for other hour. |

The hotel is in strategic spot if you would like to walk around the city centre and the tortona area. Also they upgraded our room from standard to superior with no extra charge. |

Nice, small and quiet hotel. Good location and pleasant staff. A huge and tasty –in the Hotels homepage renowned Breakfast Buffet, but only occasionally; during the days when the Milano Furniture Fair/Design Days took place. But then it was terrific! This is a small hotel; the rooms are very narrow. To narrow! Hardly any lobby ore social areas to sit in and the rooms are so narrow that you hardly can walk around the bed. Claustrophobically small elevators, mostly broken/occupied so you had to climb the stairs (lived at 5th flour…. |

Location is good for business traveller. The receiptionist told us we will get one hour daily free internet connection when we check in but they charge us for the free internet connection when we check out. So the hotel management has problem, the information given to customers were not the same and mislead us to use for the service that was supposed to be free. |

It is situated in a great area, only 10 minutes of walking to Center. Nice and quiet. The rooms are very small. But you can not large them so it is ok. |

We liked the hotel, because it was easy to reach. The breakfast room was too small and there were people waiting for their turn. Some items just finished (bread, chseese) and they did not bring new stuff. It was not very nice for us. |
