Local Metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, I don't understand people moaning about this. It's a good location, Metro is good to get in the hub of things. Only complaint was the size of the breakfast room, it was pretty packed but the food itself was fine for the price. |

I did not like anything... Yess.Check in time is very late, although I request to enter earlier due to kids, they did not even consider. There is no bellboy. The lift is exremly small. we stayed in the family room but the hotel and the room is not suitable for the kids or families. |

the facility is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to many sights. Franceso was the desk clek and very obliging to our many questions. Difficult to find but then everything in Milan is somewhat difficult to locate . |

The staff was very helpful, they spoke fluent English and were willing to help. The hotel is located close to the center, 15 minutes walk, in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and nice places to drink a coffee. The hotel room was very small, there was barely enough room to fit the our luggage, and the price was fairly high considering the small room we got. |

Pleasant if small room (and tiny bath) -- clean, quiet and with everything in good working order. I was on a high floor and had a nice view of the Duomo a mile or so away. Hotel is in a residential neighborhood but with good access to transport and sights. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet. Overall, good value for money in Milan. No complaints, though space could have been a problem for two people ... or even a single large one. I assume some of the rooms are bigger. |

Its proximity to the city's main attractions and market. Everything is very easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was more than adequate. They should not charge for free TV channels. They should improve the decoration of the rooms and lobby with a touch of modern design so that they look fresh and up to date. |

breakfast was good. the area near the hotel isn't a pleasant one to walk about after dark. the room was very small and it faced a construction site, where the work started at 5.00 AM!!! no sleeping after that! there were two big projector lights shining in the window all night, the drapes do not close. |

Plain exterior hides a bright and clean interior. Our room (after we asked to be upgraded from a room on the 1st floor) had a view of the Duomo and a cheery bathroom. Yummy breakfast. Easy walk into the center. Parking behind the hotel, while costly, was key. While most of the staff were friendly, two of the female receptionists seemed burned out. It was very busy, especially at breakfast, where on a Sunday morning people had to wait for a table. I'd recommend enlarging the breakfast area or have seating times, like on a cruise. |

Hotel was location was good for sites in the city center. The staff was very helpful I feel the value for money in this hotel for the 4 person room was poor. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was very expensive yet was the size of a cheap motel in the US. From now on I will book two rooms and save money even if my family has to be separated. |

Baby cot was not provided on first night although I specifically mentioned it when booking. In reality it was not possible to accomodate a baby cot in room we were given because it was so small. Next day we were upgraded in a gibber and much more comfortable room without additional costs and reminding. This was really nice! |

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, a good shower with lots of hot water. The evening/night staff were rude, unfriendly and did as little as possible to make us feel like guests. |

The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. They upgraded us to a superior room on arrival, without our even having to ask! The hotel is very clean. The location is excellent. Easy walking to the historical centre, and close to the Navigli for evening entertainment. |
