Good location with all within walking distance. Very helpful staff. Good bed quality.
Parking is deteriorated and parking spaces are not respected. Bathroom needs a bit refreshing.
Very cramped room. Had to pay for wifi. Shower leaked. Small slow lifts.
No free wifi, breakfast has to wait for long time and do not have enough foods
Staff are friendly
Room is very small
I liked the clean room.
It was a lot of people at the breakfast. You had to wait for a table.
Friendliness of staff.
Good location and food, helpful staff
Dining room service too slow. rooms rather small
Breakfast included Near metro centre
Wifi not free Let dog in restaurant Queue for breakfast+small area Not much space to store suitcases Breafast not like photos in booking page!
Not much. Friendly staff, if you pay for parking (25 euros per day) they reserve your parking place and you can use it even after you check out until the 24 hours run out.
Very very small room. Very small breakfast area, people had to wait in line a long time to be seated. They charge for parking and also for wifi (12-13) euros per day, so the initial value of price quickly diminishes (room 65, parking 25, wifi 12, city tax 4 euros per person per night - only 2 euros in August, but still... it is not included in price). Location not exactly walking distance from centre - about 1,5 km and no metro station nearby. The nearest is a tram station - about 400 m.
Place ,money for value
Very very small room
We quite enjoyed the area and one woman on the desk was very helpful and polite. The staff on breakfast were polite also.
The young man who greeted us was quite unhelpful, bordering on rude. Every time we asked him a question, he seemed to answer us very dismissively. It really affected our opinion of our stay.
Price is good for hotels
Expensive wifi, no parking, terrible breakfast, far from duomo
near good food, and receptionist is so kind, and informative all about milano
Breakfast, staff, location
Rooms - super tiny (ok for one night stay though)
The lack of parking was a serious problem.
room was very clean and tidy. there was a mini fridge and a safe in addition to standard room furniture. it is very close to the city center. this quality might have been more expensive then i paid.
The bathroom was very nice and well facilitated. Good storage and good size. Enjoyed the breakfast - keep up the good work. They front desk staff are very nice and they printed out our flight boardpass for us no hassle at all.
The curtains didn't fully close but that was alright as we could get up earlier. The wi-fi was very expensive - 12 euro for 24 hours and it was advertised as high speed.. it was actually painfully slow
Everything else. Its good just to spend one / two night and continue.
Location. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, breakfast.
The location is excellent Good value for money Clean
wifi was not free parking was expensive 25 $ for the day
All main attractions and good local restaurants within walking distance. Staff helpful.
