Score from 1701 reviews Good
location, polite service, fast service
short beds,no space in the room, wifi only with charges
Excellent value for money TOP strategicly located as the Zona Navigli is good for restaurants and night life and the Center is just a stonethrow away. You will find parking easily after 9pm All point of interests in the Center of Milan can be discovered on foot (if you take the smaller streets even better as most interesting and exclusive shops are hidden and NOT located in the Corsi) OK:: I lived in Milan for 12 years and know this city well
Hotel: Just the coffee which you´ll be getting from the machine in the breakfast lounge is horrible for Italian standards - should be abundantly mixed with milk - Then get a real Espresso in a Bar! General INFORMATION for travellers: : MILAN is not the place to be with PETS as the city has only very few green areas. (and even in those it is no fun both for pets and owners... MILAN is not the city to spend a holiday as it´s ONLY good for 2 purposes: BUSINESS.- and getting IDEAS regarding fashion & design.
Small room and extremely small bathroom
No lugadge service. Extremely costy internet.
Location of places as touristic and night life, nice breakfast. Perfectly suit for young couple enjoy weekends
Paid internet is sad!
Breakfast was mediocre. Most of the staff were polite but one lady was not very nice.
I was there for two days and the wifi never worked. Connectivity is vital and I spent more time at a cafe to find wifi and was literally only at the hotel to sleep. I wasn't relaxed at all. There is no excuse to have wifi down for a full 48 hours. Completely unacceptable. I will never return.
Good Location, close to the "Navigli" area and a tram station
Small room and bathroom, Pretty old and used furniture
said reservation was cancelled after getting there only to offer what they claimed to be the only available room which was so tiny and charged me the initial price, highly disappointed
walking distance till Duomo shops along this route breakfast satisfied
no maps provided internet
Breakfast was satisfying.
On booking I read that the hotel had a shuttle service and there is nowhere written that its paid! And its the same price as taxi...When you read about it you think its complementary. Internet costs 12eu per day! Even normal Tv is paid! The room was so small you could not move in it-and we were two girls...Also I cannot imagine that a normal sized man would fit in the shower. Staff is extremely unfriendly, been in many Hotels never seen this kind of behaviour! The pillows were really strange and uncomfortable. The map they are giving is worth nothing-so if you are planning to stay here bring your own.
Breakfast quite ok. Room cleanness ok
Very very small room and elevator and bed.
Free breakfast. Lcation was central, easy access to the whole city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
No free wifi.
I like nothing
You have to pay money for wifi, breakfast was really bad
There was not enough space for all guests of the hotel to have breakfast at the same time, so we had to queue for a table.
WiFi extra paid, no english channels on TV (english language films extra paid)
Cleanliness, location 15 minutes pleasant walk through shops and restaurants to reach the centre, kind staff and low price
Breakfast is poor and not fresh, wifi very expensive, hygienic bags and tissues empty for the whole stay, bad decoration which deteriorates the compact size of room.
Perfect location between Navigli and Duomo: around 15 minutes walking.
Could not sleep at night at all! Creepy noises from the lift going up and down kept me from sleeping all night long. Could hear people talking (not even loudly) in the corridor. Barely anything served for breakfast. Very low quality.
Receptionist are not so accomodating. Never smile.
Very good location! Right next to the nightlife centre. Extremely flexible with the checkout time, it was given an extra 30 min.
We needed an extra bed, in which the reception refused to give us (didn't have extra mattress). One of us had to sleep in the floor. Paid Wifi.
Good breakfast. Short walk to Duomo and other activities.
Cramped, not very comfortable bedsm Tiny TV with few channels, and the only hotel we stayed at in Italy that required payment to use wifi. Poor value.
Awesome location, literally few minutes away from all main historical sites. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Small, but comfortable and clean room.
very small room
Good value for money Location
No free Wi Fi
extremely expensive the wifi charge.....
