This hotel had a decent morning breakfast & was located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean.
The staff were not the most friendly. The bedroom & bathroom were very small - for a large individual, the bathroom would be difficult to maneuver.
it's a excellent position an very clean an quit an the staff very kind an helpful ...
Air conditioning not working Unfriendly staff Room size Bad area of town Shower size Noisy street Paying for sat tv when stated it was included Graffiti on outside of hotel Overlooking graffitied buildings Internet 7 euros for an hour Parking 25 euros a night
breakfast and staff location
room was too warm WIFI is crazy expensive and should be free!
Service. Short of staff
Location is perfect.
There is no free wifi and it is too expensive.
Staff very helpfull. Breakfast is good enough. 25-30 mins walking distance to the Duomo.
Small room space, private Parking expensive- 25€.
Good location for shopping
Cannot adjust a/c and I cannot even sleep. Uncomfy bed
first floor, facing the street, very noisy
any free wifi not even in the lobby
location quite central, near shops in Via Torino and 10 min walk away from Duomo. Good breakfast
No walking spaces in rooms too tight. No free WiFi
I have to say only the breakfast is good.
We have to pay 12 euro for using one hour Internet. And also we have left some money in the room when we check out but they said nothing in the room.We can't trust their staff who is working in housekeeping position and hotel didn't not take any responsibility. Poor service and poor facilities. Waste of our money and does not worth.
location, staff and resteraunts in local area
rooms were very small
If you are a tourist in Milan, this is probably a good location as it is not far from the centre, and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast choice is good, and staff are helpful.
However, the rooms are very small, the location is not great (in a scruffy side street with derelict buildings and graffiti as your view from the hotel), and there is no bar! I thought it was expensive for a hotel of this type.
Breakfast is very good Staffs are helpful Easy access to train and tourist spot spot recommendable place to stay We will sure book this hotel when we comeback
Position Welcome from staff
Charge for parking was steep
great location! very close to Duomo de Milano and close to tranistations and subways. Restaurants and bars walking distance.
Tiny tiny rooms, NO FREE WIFI, and very expensive.
Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Noisy rooms with domestic violence taking place during the night. Small rooms with no room for suitcases. No response to request on booking.com
Good position in city. Nice breakfast
Need a bit renovation (bathroom) Floor in shower was dirty and mold in the walls. In the first floor room was loud from the neon light outside which was whole night. It was light which is on top of the main door from hotel. Not enough space in breakfast restaurant
Staff at front desk Rooms were quiet Location easy walk to Milan central
Everything about the breakfast needed to be fixed -- presentation of food could especially do with some love Pillows were hard and only one provided per person
the location was perfect. although it was not so near the Duomo as I was saidit was, but we felt. good anyway
I would have preferred it to be located near The Duomo, but as I said before, it was OK.
With location so close to city center, you have to expect small rooms - for this reasonable price. With just 10 min walk to the Duomo - not else really matters. Air-con, Wi-Fi and breakfast good. Rooms tiny but ok for 2 people for 2 nights - or longer for single person.
Small even by Tokyo standards; bathroom drain clogged and shower stall moldy.
Great breakfasts,accommodating staff,cleanliness.
Scarce on the extras like tissues, shampoo, extra pillows
