the location was perfect. although it was not so near the Duomo as I was saidit was, but we felt. good anyway
I would have preferred it to be located near The Duomo, but as I said before, it was OK.
With location so close to city center, you have to expect small rooms - for this reasonable price. With just 10 min walk to the Duomo - not else really matters. Air-con, Wi-Fi and breakfast good. Rooms tiny but ok for 2 people for 2 nights - or longer for single person.
Small even by Tokyo standards; bathroom drain clogged and shower stall moldy.
Great breakfasts,accommodating staff,cleanliness.
Scarce on the extras like tissues, shampoo, extra pillows
Everything...Literally...The Staff at reception, room cleaning, etc...Amenities...etc...etc...etc...
nothing at all...and again, literally nothing at all...
10 minute walk from the cathedral. Quiet residential neighborhood close to some nice places to eat - that you won't find in guide books. Parking available. Breakfast buffet was fine and the seating adequate. Price.
The room was too small. The bed area was about 8' by 9', so you had to turn sideways and side-step to walk around it. The bathroom was so small you could not stand at the sink without flexing your legs into a squat around the toilet. The shower was so small I had to plan turning around so my arms did not knock over the soap dish.
Location is very convenient. Few minutes walk to Duomo. Many Metro lines to travel anywhere in Milano. Several restaurants, Covenience store, fashion street for apparels, footware, luggage etc., at a short walking distance. The corner room enjoyed by me was very spacious. The breakfast was a decent spread. The front office guys were indeed a support, good guides and knowledgeable. .
Location, bed, breakfast, airconditioning.
Paid-for entertainment is limited to Italian TV and access to English-spoken movies - there was no access to world-wide news organs like CNN and BBC News - which seem to be available everywhere else. The bathroom is very small and dominated by a GIGANTIC wash basin. We would have liked to have coffee/tea making facilities (ie a Jug) as we have our own coffee and sugar.
Loved the location - a stroll to the Navigli or Duomo, close to wide choice of restaurant, bars (two minutes from Biciclette, highly recommended), charming, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet spread.
Room very much on the small side, but just adequate. No free WiFi, when it's available almost everywhere else.
Rooms are tired and very small
The service is good and the location is great
The rooms are too smal. No posibility to acces free wifi
Not much actually
The bathroom was way too small. The shower was tiny-there was barely any room to move. The towels were dirty. The internet was not free ( as mentioned) but 7 euros per hour is ridiculous, especially for a dump like this... Definitely not recommend this place.
Good location with all within walking distance. Very helpful staff. Good bed quality.
Parking is deteriorated and parking spaces are not respected. Bathroom needs a bit refreshing.
Very cramped room. Had to pay for wifi. Shower leaked. Small slow lifts.
No free wifi, breakfast has to wait for long time and do not have enough foods
I liked staff. They were extremely gentle and helpful.
What I did not like was that wifi was not free and it was overpriced. 12 Euros for 24 hour wifi is too much. This is the first hotel i had to pay for my wifi.
breakfast was normal
small rooms charge of 25 for hotel parking daily no existing cabinet small lifts no small towels no complimentary drinks like coffee, tea or water no watercooker
Staff are friendly
Room is very small
The cafe close to the hotel.
We didn't get the room we paid for because the hotel was overbooked, breakfast was horrible, we didn't got any sheets and covers on our bed and blankets, the rooms are as big as a shoe box, all of them.
I liked the clean room.
It was a lot of people at the breakfast. You had to wait for a table.
Friendliness of staff.
Good location and food, helpful staff
Dining room service too slow. rooms rather small
Location Breakfast A/C great value (at the price we had)
would expect some more tourist prospects available in the hotel wifi 7€/hour must be a joke these days hotel was clean overall but probably having bedbugs (5th floor)
