The Wifi connection
View from room excellent. Great view. Good accessibility to cafes, restaurants and the harbour - very nice walk along the seafront. Taxis parked right outside the front door. Thanks Luca for your hospitality.
Compared to other breakfasts in Italy this was only fair. Friendly staff but would have been better if we spoke Italian.
The staff, especially signora Lucia. Excellent location and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic view from balconies.
Shower a little temperamental with hot and cold water at times difficult to control, bathroom floor a little slippery when steamed up.
A quirky hotel on the first floor of an old apartment block. Completely renovated. Fantastic original lift like something from a film set. Superb location with great views across the bay and the best icecre cafe in Naples outside
Dining area cramped but the friendly staff made up for this.
Everything was grest.
Comfort and style in Mergellina. Members of staff extremely kind and helpful. Fabulous location. Full of character. Excellent on every level.
At first, I didn't like the outward appearance, but after the first couple days, I found the quaint atmosphere to be quite nice.
This is not a hotel and should be well explain by booking.com all subsequent guests. It is well serviced very expensive hostel we found very difficult
Cleanness Small but modern bathrooms and room decoration
Awful experience at check-out: my room was booked till 11:30 am but during breakfast, before 09:00 am, the attendant asked me to leave the room immediately and presented the bill, without any request from me. I tried to show her the reservation document stating 11:30 and left for a walk. Returning at 11:00 pm, I found my room opened, with no towels or bed linen. I just felt kicked out. Unbelievable. Another point: "Resort" is a misleading name, as the hotel offers no leisure space at all.
Good location but very difficult to find. Decoration design, but it is already aged badly.
Poor reception, no spoken language and very little listening. Difficult to find. The rooms are located on the first floor of a residential building in a refurbished apartment. Only a small indication on the pavement indicates the location. No view of the bay and harbor. The view is obscured by trees since the rooms are on the 1st floor. As shown in the pictures of the hotel life is about cars and noisy boulevard. Breakfast tiny lunch, four small squares. (We were 5 ...) Products used very low end. No chocolate milk for the kids. Tasteless tea. Yogurt expired for 15 days. Jam canteen. Breakfast a maximum 1 star level! We had two rooms on either side of the home rather loud. There is the sound of television reception and listened to by people talking. Ikea shower mat (as covered breakfast), no glass in the bathrooms. Products bathroom very low end too. Parking at 300 meters to 15 euros per day! You pay by the location but it's probably not a 4 star level. The smile came upon pay day. Read the comments and identify those true friends ... I do not recommend this hotel!!
