Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia hotelului , aranjamentul camerelor , curtea interioara. 1. Calitatea peretilor este foarte slaba deoarece se aude absolut ot din camerele invecinate. 2. Micul dejun in stil italian nu este pe placul celorlalti europeni , in afara de dulcuri ar trebui diversificat si cu alte alimente (salam , ou , etc) si pentru cei care nu mananca astfel de mancaruri dimineata. |

The room was ok but small. Clean and good bathroom. Nice building and surroundings. The breakfast cost 10 € and the selection was not very ample. One member of the crew couldn't help us out at all and was not very friendly. |

I liked only 1 thing in this hotel they gave wifi access 1) During our stay we couldn't sleep comfortably because we hear flushing of toilets in the neighboring room. 2) Cost for the hotel is too high & there not much options available in buffet breakfast 3) Location is also very far so gg to the hotel @ night time is not advisable |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our double room was bright, spacious and clean with a nice balcony. From the hotel it is just a 2 minute walk from Lido beech and a 10minute walk to Lido's main street Breakfast was simple but good value. My only complaint would be that the coffee wasnt good - it came from self service push button machine. However as breakfast is optional you can always choose to have your coffee else where. Great hotel overall. |

Very pleasant, cosy room, relaxing garden, approximity of the beach and of the ferry to Venice (please note that the closest stop of the ferry is the casino, served by water bus number 20). I missed some fruits/vegetables at breakfast |

The hotel was excellent.I stayed three nights in a single room which was small but very pretty with a large window overlooking the garden.It is in a lovely location ,very tranquil and very close to beach.It is very convenient for water bus to Venice about a 10 minute walk.I was glad I stayed here and not in Venice itself as it combines the wonderful sights of Venice with a relaxing beach holiday.It was very good value for the price paid.The staff were helpful and spoke very good English.The breakfast was also good and the garden in which it was served was very pretty too. A great place for a short break. Nothing negative it was immaculate. |

Beautifully kept villa dating to the 1930ies in a garden, where they serve breakfast; quiet, but still central. VERY helpful personnel. When air conditioning did not work, repair was done immediately; very service-oriented! |

The peaceful and relaxing surroundings, the garden and hotel design. The room smell like a hospital and they charged us for one day without staying, because we arrive 1 day later, even if the hotel was 70% empty |

The girl on the front desk was absolutely brilliant. There was a lovely outdoor area where you could sit and have breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. |

I love the decor and the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff the man at the desk gave milk and biscuits for my son at a late hour when we were tired from travelling. distance from vaparetto is long! |

The hotel is a very pleasant, but longish walk from the boat station. It has a nice garden, which is quite large and enjoyable to sit in. An extra plus: the hotel is close to a public part of the Lido beach. I have to warn about the last stair of the staircase, which is some distance from the rest of the steps and is easy to miss in the dark corridor. It is easy to trip on. My husband sprained his ankle. |

Rustige ligging, ruime kamers, 's nachts lekker stil. Goed ontbijt. Wij waren afgegaan op de vele aanbevelingen op deze site, maar in werkelijkheid viel het hotel toch wat tegen...Personeel was niet heel servicegericht, soms wat chagrijnig. Wij hadden een kamer met twinbeds gereserveerd, en dat bleek bij aankomst een tweepersoonsbed in een naar rook stinkende kamer te zijn. Gelukkig kwam daar wel een oplossing voor. De kamer zelf was ruim, de badkamer was wat aftands en niet onderhouden (kapotte doucheslang en alleen een badkuip, zodat je na het douchen meteen aan het dweilen kon bijvoorbeeld). Het ontbijt was prima, jammer alleen van de waardeloze koffiemachine waaruit een slappe bak slootwater kwam. En dat terwijl ernaast een prachtig esspresso-apparaat stond.Helaas alleen voor het personeel... |

gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr angenehmes Hotel (nicht zu groß, stilvoll) für uns hat die Lage gut gepaßt (Lido), wer aber nicht gern zu Fuß geht, sollte sich das überlegen, ca. 10 Min. bis zum Vaporetto |
