the staff were incradable- very nice and helpful. the place is very nice- the design, the room and the view. a very good value to the price. a very good breakfast. the room was very comfrtable. it's only 30 minutes from florance and realy close to a big mall

It's nice air, good to have a balcony (wish the weather were better when we came!), staff are generally helpful. Modern, clean rooms though.

Room was smallish, it was disappointing that there was no option of putting an extra bed for a child, nor another, bigger, room type. Access to Florence is not convenient. Sauna, advertized at the website, is really small and disappointing. Breakfast nothing special. There is no dinner in the hotel - only across the road.. Overall, this cannot qualify for a 4-star hotel, even though nothing is technically wrong with it.

rooms are confortable, stone used for floor is excellent specially for me who travel with one hairy dog,satellite tv performs many foreign channels,breakfast is varied as well salted as sweet.Staff is nice and helpfull if you ask.Lounge is vast and spacious the wooden beams give one rustic atmosphere.One good value for money all included.

Very nice location with mountains out of the windows. Interesting arrangement of the rooms and your own lawn with nice view.

In the sports room treadmill was not working.

Lack of maintainence everythere: airconditioning does not work, water in the shower runs from everythere, and do not run down then you wasch hands. TV screen is less than A4 sheet. Very funny.

Great value for money, good breakfast

Room could have been cleaner and the staff could have been better. Hotel is located far way from the autostrada... Glad we had a GPS otherwise we would have gotten lost (plus would have gotten at least two tickets due to the fact that there are a lot of speeding cameras on the way from the exit of the autostrada to the hotel).

Next time I will for sure take the same hotel, great quality for the price. Good and quiet location. Enough privicy. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Poor / not working Wifi signal in room.

Loved the breakfast,the bathroom was very nice,room aswell.

To get to our room we had to go outside on a terrace and it was very dark..not so nice.and all the rooms are the same...walk in dark and cold to get to your room...also expensive mini bar.1 bottle of 500 ml water was 2 euros while other hotels sell it with 1 euro

location - middle of nowhere

a luxurious country hotel in the mountains on the outskirts of Florence. room had its garden, the breakfast was plentiful. sauna and gym clean.

Nice, modern, clean hotel with professional staff. WiFi Internet access, parking no problem, really rich breakfast. Definitely good value for money.

The location: a little bit in the middle of nowhere, also travel to Florence next morning was more complicated than we anticipated. Restaurant: Hotel lacks its own restaurant, the only option is allied Ristorante across the road, which is aware of this dependence.

It was a nice hotel. The staff was extrimely pleasant and helful. THe rooms are very nice.

The location description given on booking.com was not appropriate... This hotel is not in Calenzano.....is a bit further.....and thus not very convinient if you are planning to visit Florence. Also we were charged with extra charges by the hotel staff although I though our reservation was with all costs included.

Nice place to stay. The building is new and stylish. Breakfast is quite good for Italy.

The only problem was Internet in the room. Wired connection did not work. Wireless either.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant opposite the hotel was excellent and other restaurants and a pizzeria just 300m along the road were very good too. We found there was plenty of parking space and there is some secure underground garage parking available on request.

It would have been nice to have known via the booking and hotel websites that the restaurant opposite was closed on Sunday evenings (the day we arrived).

It feels like a resort and the room was big. Good breakfast.

Modern but not practical, needs cable for internet and bare minimum toiletries (two small bar of soaps) and not even a plastic cup. Spare pillows were provided in the closet but without pillow cases. The huge mushroom neon light in the room served no purpose, could have used the money to provide bit more comfort for guests.

Excellent value for money. Good location to visit Tu by car (easy accessed to main highways), good service especially the man serving breakfast in the morning.

The only two downsides of this hotel were that some places of the room and toilet like dark colored tiles in the bathroom or upper parts of the loo were not cleaned for a very long time (spider nets and lots of dirt in places your eye could not easily reach) and due to the nature location our room had visits of ants.

The room although it was very clean. (They clean the room every day)......... Has some hidden accumulated dust., In particular above the wardrobe and in the fridge furniture. And it is a bit far from florence
