the great breakfast, a great romanian clerk who helped us with the sightseeing maybe that we had (in our room) to wait a little bit longer for the hot water to come. in ather rooms wasn,t the issue |

It's a room and not a hotel. In the first place it is on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and tidy. No fresh air, our room's window looked into another room full of washing and towells. The breakfast was given in your room no place to sit and eat. |

It is very close to train station, but away from the bars, so not to much noise. Very friendly English speaking staff. The rooms are small, but clean, and with a new bathroom. Would definitely consider again, if I return to Rome. |

The hotel was simple but very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location near rome termini station and city center. Not really a complaint, just a helpful note for older guests: The hotel is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. It was no trouble for me but could be for disabled or older people with heavy luggage. |

The room was confortable, warm and clean and well situated. I didn't like the breakfast. It is served in the bedroom and it's all journey the same: croissant, butter, juice and coffee. |

Room was clean and well-serviced every day. Breakfast brought to your door was a nice touch. Building works started up around 7am every morning. Very noisy. Fine for me but not if you are a late sleeper. |

excellent value for money, though for this price, don't expect jacusi! It's a really nice place to stay for average budgets. next time i return though I won't choose this area which is rather for banks... if i can find equivalent in the cultural center... which i doubt |

very nice, cleen, quiet and comfortable room,very good lokalizatation ( aboy 2-3 minutes from Termini), breakfasty in room included in price, very good choise, piekny pokoj, bardzo czysty, wygodny i przytulny, bardzo cicho - hotel polozony jest na koncu uliczki, sniadania w pokoju w cenie hotelu, idealne polozenie - 2-3 minuty od stacji Termini, brak windy, ale personel pomogl wniesc bagaz, no lifts, but staff was very helpfull |

The staff was very nice. The breakfast in the room is very convenient, but I would suggest a bit more choice and proper cutlery and napkins. We could not share the bill in 2 credit cards, which meant I had to pay in cash, and had no cash left on me for the rest of the trip. |

It was a good location for access to trains and public transport to get around rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh clean towels. thanks again to all. First impressions of the hotel can be a little off putting but don´t let this put you off as it is really a great place to stay in Rome. The only other things is that all rooms start on first floor but there are no lifts and so if you have heavy cases you do have to take them up the stairs but once up everything on the same floor. |

Hotel staffs were very friendly and nice except the big guy. The service was good I didn't like the location. I thought the location is dangerous and the hotel didnt have elevator. |

Centralt och nära till buss och metro station. Frukosten var inte så bra, den fick man serverad på rummet och det var bara en massa sötsaker. Många trappor att gå upp till rummet. |
