Location is very good.

The price of the hotel too hight.

The beds were firm and comfy. The owner was very helpful. Felt like an old friend! The staff went out of the way to accommodate and meet our various needs. They never flinched even at the most trivial request! Excellent!

The breakfast was not my favorite.

Good place to sleep few nights and go. Cheap and next to termini station.

Very noisy. Hard to sleep before every other guests will do.

Very easy to walk to from the station. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and met our needs well, we enjoyed five peaceful nights. Good value for money, we could walk into Rome easily.

A little hotel, but in a very good location. It's easy to find it from the Termini station and to reach the old Rome from this hotel. Small but clean room. Friendly staff. Big thanks.

Lovely hotel in Rome, the price was very reasonable especially for the time we were travelling. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were an excellent size. The location was very good, within 5 minutes walking distance of Termini Train Station. Breakfast was served in the room in the morning at whatever time we requested...extremely happy with this hotel and would definietly recommend it! Would definietly stay here again on a return visit to Rome!

No cross ventilation in room or screens on windows, but there were shutters and bars for safety

the breakfast is nice, the location is perfect and the staff very friendly

the hotel is very old , very bad view ,staff not speak English and u can hear the sounds from the rooms besides your room

The staffs were very kind. The room was very clean and new refurbishment. The location is nearby the main tourist objectives and you may walk to visit them.

La atención del personal es excelente!, Muy amables a la hora de suministrar información sobre Roma y cualquier otras dudas que uno pueda tener... Tiene buena ubicación, caminas 150 metros y llegas a Termini y a la Piazza della republica

El desayuno es terrible! Un dulce duro, un bolo pequeño de pan, un café pequeño y una jalea y mantequilla.. Me parece que pudiera haber mas variedad... La ventana de la habitación daba hacia una habitación de servicio! Por eso no había ventilación... El wifi cuesta 5 euros

Posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini, molto silenzioso, camera e bagno puliti, arredamenti nuovi e ben tenuti

Colazione molto semplice, servita in camera: con una sedia in più sarebbe stato più comodo

La localisation, proche de la gare et permettant de rayonner dans toute la ville. Hotel en bout de rue en impasse somme toute calme. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre à l'heure où on le souhaite (heure à signaler la veille au soir à la réception), pratique quand on veut flaner au lit, pas besoin de s'habiller pour aller dans une salle. Personnel agréable

Pas eu besoin de clim à cette date là, mais c'est clair qu'en été cela est impératif et le fait que ce soit payant....dommage

No era lo esperado, sabiamos que habia que subir una escalera hasta la recepcion, pero No esperábamos 4 mas hasta la habitacion. La habitacion muy pequeña para 4. La zona de ubicacion, cercana a la estacion, pero fea. El personal fue amable, pero No nos gustó el hotel. No es recomendable.

テルミニ駅から徒歩５分以内だが、路地の奥にあるので女性一人の夜間の外出は危険だと思う。

la vicinanza con la stazione termini, è molto comodo per una visita di pochi giorni e per chi non vuole spendere molto. la tranquillità del posto pur essendo vicino alla stazione.

L'edificio lascia un pò a desiderare e la via non è delle migliori. Della colazione bisogna sapersi accontentare, ma c'è una pasticceria molto vicina.

Нормальное расположение, оттуда удобно посещать все интересные места Рима. Персонал помогает решить многие вопросы и очень отзывчивы,завтрак в номер в удобное время,правда очень не большой))

WI-FI не работает в номере,а стоит 5 евро.Работал только на ресепшене. Номер небольшой,окно выходило в другой номер,хорошо хоть шторы были))

Niente di buono in questo hotel. Nothing good in this hotel

La camera dell'hotel era sistemata al 3 piano senza ascensore, I riscaldamenti funzionavano solo per un paio di ore durante la giornata ed erano a malapena tiepidi (si sentiva un gran freddo in stanza a febbraio). La stanza non era pulitissima, ho trovato un capello lungo di donna nel letto, presumo che le lenzuola no siano state cambiate. La biancheria e le asciugamani durante il nostro soggiorno di 2 giorni non è stata mai cambiata. Non capisco sinceramente come abbia potuto ottenere un'alta votazione in Booking.com. Da evitare assolutamente, a quel prezzo c'è molto meglio. The room was on the 3th floor without lift, dirty room, sheets never changed. Heater does not work properly. At that price you can sure find somthing much more better. Cant understand the high rate of Booking.com
