受付のおじさんはとてもフレンドリーで楽しかった。部屋も清潔だった。テルミニ駅へのアクセスもよい。 部屋によっては非常にシャワールームが狭い。朝食にはまったく期待できない。 |

スタッフの印象がよかったです。部屋は豪華ではありませんが清潔です。朝食は部屋に希望の時間に運んでくれ- ます。レストランはありません。2人の子供連れでしたが駅からも歩いて行ける場所で便利でした。この値段で- このロケーションならOKです。Nice staff ,clean room, breakfast in the room it was ok for me, good location.reasonable price. 清潔ですが、少し水周りとかは古いです。窓からの眺めはよくないです。レセプションは２階ですがエレベータ- ーはありません。no lift, not good view from room, but It was not important for me. |

This hotel is close to the central train station. This was the worst hotel that I have stayed at. If you want air conditioning you have to pay and extra 10 euro per day. If you open the window insects and foul odor of drain water will enter the room. The shower flooded and there was mold growth at the edges. The minibar did not work. Breakfast consist of coffee, marmalade, two biscuits and a croissant repeated every day. There is no telephone or radio in the room. Too bad I cannot post a picture in this review as a picture is worth a thousand words. |

I liked the location of the hotel, near Termini Station,in the cenre of Rome, good accommodation and the receptionist who was always very kind and willing to help. Having a restaurant in the hotel might be nice. |

The hotel is fair enough to spend a couple of nights next to Termini station. The rooms are good for a two stars hotel. You need to pay 10 extra euros if you need to use the air condition. The breakfast can be improved significantly. It is at the first floor with no lift which could be problematic if you have heavy luggages. |

Our triple room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff were pleasant, and we enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast served in our room. The proximity to Termini Station is ideal for train travelers, and there is a wonderful restaurant - La Familia - right across the street as well as on Via Gaeta one block over. Don't miss their fabulous antipasti buffet! It should be noted more clearly on the website that while air conditioning is available, there is a 10 Euro per day charge for this. Also, breakfast was disappointing as everything is prepackaged (boxed juice and inedible processed croissant). A more tantalizing breakfast would greatly improve the hotel's overall quality. |

Very near the Termini Station, very helpful staff, very nice experience. The air conditioning is not included in the price and one needs to pay extra 10 Euro for this service so make sure you count that in your budget. |

It's a room and not a hotel. In the first place it is on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and tidy. No fresh air, our room's window looked into another room full of washing and towells. The breakfast was given in your room no place to sit and eat. |

It is very close to train station, but away from the bars, so not to much noise. Very friendly English speaking staff. The rooms are small, but clean, and with a new bathroom. Would definitely consider again, if I return to Rome. |

The hotel was simple but very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location near rome termini station and city center. Not really a complaint, just a helpful note for older guests: The hotel is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. It was no trouble for me but could be for disabled or older people with heavy luggage. |
