The room was large and high ceilinged. The bathroom was all tile and bright. The room clean-up was efficient. It was quickly reached from the vaporetto. The district was very clean and interesting: near shops and the Guggenheim. That which was in disrepair (bathroom paper dispenser) and window seal was not fixed. |

The rooms should have climatization. We stayed there during August, with temperatures around 40 ºC and it was really hot in the rooms. It also should have a better indication of the location, namely the name of the street, because the only address we had was Dorsoduro...which is the name of an all area...... |

Close to everything, easy to find. The fact that the staff smoked infront of the guests. And the fact that there was no AC in the room and the mosquito's had a royal time. Plus I would have liked to be informed that there's an annex to the hotel (which we stayed in). |

The location was nice. The staff were consistently rude. It was if any questions were an annoyance. They did not tell us about the mosiquitos, or advice us to close our windows. I had 20-30 bites all over my body for the rest of my vacation. They could supply something to keep them away or advice quests of the problem. The rooms also smelled badly. |

We were happy with the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included many choices. Loved the hotel kitty cat-a vey home-like feel. We left the windows open and were bitten my mosquitoes through the night. 3 out of the 4 of us ended up with nasty, oozing welts on our bodies. Not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to insect bites. |

Location The room was terrible. It was very small and there was no air conditioning as advertized. There were no screens on the windows, but it was too hot to leave them closed, resulting in multiple attacks by the mutant mosquitoes. A fan was supplied but the only plug was by the door and far from the bed. I discovered, too late, that the annex is rated as 1 star despite this being a two star hotel. |

was very close to shopping places and rooms were really clean . you need to leave your room at 11:00 and there is no safe space for keeping your luggages untill your flight time. |

Great location just over the main canal from San Marco Square, only 1 station on the water bus. Great Breakfast Little to no room to get into the bathroom as the bed was in the way. |
